She seems to just exist on powders & supplements with no real nutrients from real food! How is that even sustainable?! And god only knows the long term damage it could cause. The fact that she also pushes this lifestyle on her kids is worrying.
Some of her advice is correct and backed up scientifically, such as cut back on sugars/sweeteners and removing bad oils etc but a lot of stuff she spouts is just shocking

Less Ultra processed foods, light/moderate exercise & a bit of self care should be the focus, not ridiculous products & protocols she bangs on about.
