I’m on an online forum and you are coming at me for not using punctuation 😂😂😂😂😂.
Coming at you? Calm down. Just playful banter you know because men - dating apps - terrible punctuation - the Masters degree ....

You can easily say I don’t date men with kids. Instead it was a complete bashing. It’s rude. Then to further bash on punctuation. Then cry when you get ghosted 👀
Who's crying because they got ghosted?

Wouldn’t know I am not on the apps ☺

It’s a common theme on this thread, men are tit they ghosted me etc etc

I can completely understand why someone wouldn’t want to date someone with a child/ren and if that’s how you feel good on you for having a firm boundary on that and knowing what you want. At the same time there are lots of men with degrees and houses and children (I have dated several), and also lots of men who don’t have degrees and are very intelligent and successful? By their thirties a lot of people have had serious relationships, and kids are often the product of a serious relationship. I don’t think people separating when their children are young is a sign of anything negative either necessarily (obviously it can be in some cases). For some of them it’s a good thing that they recognised it wasn’t working and perhaps wasn’t the best environment for the child. Or perhaps the other person cheated on them or left the relationship. It’s not necessarily a sign of commitment on their part is all I’m saying.

I have a degree which I finished at 21, had my son at 25, bought a house at 26, started my Masters at 31, yes I am female, but I know a few men who have followed a similar path. Young kids doesn’t equate to lower education levels or commitment issues.

I’ve never been ghosted in my life 😂 I have a daughter too, thankfully no one has ever seen that as a bad thing.

Haha this is me to be fair 😂 . Seems like most women tend to have good dates or be the one who doesn't return the interest. In my case it's always the guys who tell me they're not interested or ghost me. Destined to be alone and unattractive forever 😂

Make sure you’re bringing enough to the table to be this picky.

It’s not always them obviously 👀
Are you 31 though?

I love the way you assume we all expect gold when we’re just nickel! 🤣

I have a masters too, have travelled the world for work and pleasure, have built up a business, am in good shape and take really good care of myself. I don’t have kids by choice and have a good relationship with my exes, bar one. I don’t expect an adonis either, so nothing picky here. I never ask for anything I cannot give and I treat my man very well when In a relationship! ✌

Dont argue on this thread ❤

I was texting with a nice guy - he asked to go for a walk on Saturday, and in the morning I checked in with him but he only responded in the evening. He said he was "occupied" and that Sunday or Monday would be good. I responded Sunday morning saying I was already busy on that day, but Monday evening would work for me.
Well.... it is Monday evening and no response from him.

Why do they do that??? It wastes their time as well? Really, I don't get it!

This whole thing started as a joke and now it’s all let’s choose to take offence! I don’t really understand why people take things so personally. If it’s not aimed at you, it isn’t about you. Wasn’t trying to offend!

In the Library with the Candlestick.

I actually think she’s Thunderfook, where did she go??! Come back!
Poirot and Miss Marple are on 🔥! 🤣

Assumptions always make an a of people. Loads of men stopped talking over the weekend. Think it’s football depression. I’ve got it too! 🥺

I'd imagine he's not that into it or was chatting to someone else and that progressed. We all have so many choices these days (even if they're all tit as in my case :ROFLMAO: ) that there's a narrow window of opportunity sometimes. Or he could just be busy.

Sorry I’m a lurker - but I miss Thunderfook too !!
Probably somebody miss perfect, every man loves me chased away! But it’s not me I’m afraid! ❤

Occupado! What does that mean? I agree this is usually the case, but I do think this weekend is an exception. Every man in England has gone radio silent at the moment! 🤣

Dating #6: I cannot wait for this swipe to be over
(Sang to the Dawson’s creek theme song)
He didn't go to uni but has a very successful job (regional sales manager for a global company) and he's 30
And you gave in? My man pressured me and I left him. duck that. My womb, my decision! But hey you obviously wanted one, I didn’t so each to their own. I admire your dedication though. 💪🏻

nah I’m rocking on for 35 😂😂😂

fair enough you have all that go get what you expect in a man. There is no need to bash parents who have children young. Like does he live in tent? Really?!

I think before you meet it can go either way, it isn’t a reflection on you because they don’t know you yet. Some people are on the apps for shady reasons.

But he could say he is busy?

It was him asking me out, not the other way around and it was literally for the following day.

It doesn't make sense.

I guess he could have been talking to someone before you though and made plans with them Sunday..or he was speaking to someone at the same time as you and met up with them a bit before.

I’ve created a new thread.
