Yes- it looks like she’s travelled to Switzerland to go to an assisted suicide clinic (apologies if that’s not the right terminology). Terribly sad.
I went on IG and her post came up straight away - have had a cry. So much tragedy for one family - awful other crafters were making her life so hard.

I know, I was choked up when I saw. For someone who I only ever interacted with on Instagram she was so positive and a lovely kind soul.

The bottom is wonky but the plus side they stuck down well & i'm still not the best at cutting background papers.
I had to have a hunt for anything Wedding related as I wasn't sure what I had. The paper was from a Beatrix Potter collection, topper I think the characters called Tulip? The I Do is actually a free gift from a Wedding magazine and meant to be Shoe Stickers. Then top/bottom I bought some sparkly tape from Temu in Rose Gold.

Has anyone had experience with using Emu Batik yarn?

I like to alternate my projects between something that needs a lot of different colours of yarn and then
something that is 1 colour or using variated. Mostly because I alternate between getting bored of changing yarns/sewing in and getting bored of using the same yarn over and over.

I really like some of the colours and I am tempted. I was going to get something from yarnsmiths, but i like these colours better.

I have been working on a Christmas Blanket since June ( Attic 24 Yuletide). I love the pattern but I am getting to the stage of getting bored and wanting to do something else. It has taken ages as have had breaks due to weather/health/holidays. I am on row 52 of 78 so in home stretch now.

To break things up i decided I would make something 'just for fun' using a very easy stitch. I decided on UK double/American Single as it not one I often use.

I am using some colour changing yarn that I got on a deal ages ago. It starts light blue and ends up going through shades of blue, purple, red and pink before starting again. I like it , but I don't think it could ever be accused of looking tasteful.

My bf says it is a ' Synthwave' colour blanket, but I think of it as being ' food colourings that sometimes taste like Raspberry' colour.

I made this as a gift for my cousin's little girl's christening. The A is a patchwork of washi tape, my current favourite craft material!

I'd had the frame for ages, it was literally a couple of pounds from the Range but I'd never known what to do with it!

I have been working on the same blanket since June and I am so ready to have it done and dusted.

It is the Attic 24 Yuletide. I love it, but I get bored doing the same one for a long time.

I was considering skipping the last 3 rounds and just going straight to the border, and could not decided either way..... but then I realised that I had somehow lost the ball of Teal yarn that I needed for the final round, so had no choice but to start on the Border section anyway.

I am going to really try to get this finished in next week or so now. I am itching to make something new.
