Here don't you be putting the blah on usOhhhh I misread what @monga meant. I thought as in all shut at midnight lockdown style.
The DUPs against them so it might take them a while to slog it out ! I wonder if they do bring them in how strict they'll be ? will it be proof of a neg test or vaccine only . I got my other half concert tickets for January and he's not vaccinated so I might have to go alone if they're here before thatSo they are pushing for vaccine passports in NI. Honestly I feel totally backed into a corner. I’m a stay at home mummy who’s family live in Scotland. There’s no toys groups open yet and soft play gives me the boak…. The only social life I have is meeting my friend on a Monday for breakfast and a catch up and they are going to stop me doing it
No I think everything is still closed. I keep asking on the Facebook page for the area and no body replies… well one woman does saying they meet to go walking but that’s not what I need. My 2.5year old isn’t talking yet because he’s had no socialising with his peers due to lockdownThe DUPs against them so it might take them a while to slog it out ! Do you not have any community centres near you ? that's usually where you'll find your nearest toddler group . Does your child understand what you ask them to do eg close the door or get their shoes ? language is complicated it's not just talking it's their understanding of things. No I think everything is still closed. I’m hoping they at least leave coffee shops and cafes alone
My aunt in Northern Ireland runs a toddler morning at the church and it only started back this week so hopefully you’ll see some open up soon it can be really isolating not being in the company of other mums I know some people hate mum & tot groups but for others it really can be a lifeline! No I think everything is still closed. No community centres that I know of but I’m keeping an eye on fb groups etc to see if there is anything opening.Do you not have any community centres near you ? that's usually where you'll find your nearest toddler group . It really is very isolating. You've nothing to worry about x my eldest son attended ST for a couple of years they then discovered his delay was down to his hearing being down ,does your wee one have any repeated ear or throat infections ? there's a lot of things contribute to speech delay but if they've a grasp of what you're asking them to do there's usually nothing of concern ,they usually come on leaps when they start school .No community centres that I know of but I’m keeping an eye on fb groups etc to see if there is anything opening.
Yes he has a fairly good level of understanding, he has selective hearing which doesn’t helpbut he does understand most things. The HV is coming out soon to see him and refer him for speech therapy but it’s a big worry for me. Lots of tears the last few months
Thank you! Honestly I’m so glad I found tattleYou've nothing to worry about x my eldest son attended ST for a couple of years they then discovered his delay was down to his hearing being down ,does your wee one have any repeated ear or throat infections ? there's a lot of things contribute to speech delay but if they've a grasp of what you're asking them to do there's usually nothing of concern ,they usually come on leaps when they start school .
If he's congested that can affect their hearing too my son had to get his adenoids out as his eardrums were inverted because of nasal congestion that was causing perforation in his eardrums . I honestly would let him start school you'll see a big difference, kids learn more from other kids than they do from us if he's toilet trained I would let him go ,it's always hard to let go when it's your first but the younger they integrate the easier it is for them and you x .....sorry for derailing too.Thank you! Honestly I’m so glad I found tattle
Mmmm no ear infections but he has had a few sore throats mainly due to getting a cold but I’ll keep an eye on that too.
I’m hoping I can defer him starting school as he’l only just have turned 4 and with him missing so much I think he won’t be ready. I saw it was being discussed in Stormont the other day so fingers crossed this is a possibility
Sorry to derail
I thought they had already put restrictions on the unvaccinated in Berlin? are they going to extend it throughout Germany?!How the hell have we got to this point!?

It seems to be a running trend atm what is going on with these countries with high vaxx rates and strict measures going to shit ? even China is seeing a surge it's not adding up at all.Interesting news from Australia. Hospitals over-run. And yet the State has very strict border controls, almost no cases and very high vaxx rates - surely this points to only 1 thing ? "Delayed reaction to Covid". Right

I was surprised our dictator didn’t announce this yesterday but I have a feeling she’s waiting until boris announcing his ‘plan b’. I think we’re weeks away from this happening and I really hope that it will be a huge wake up call for a lot of people. Vaccines don’t = freedom. Quite the opposite actually. So they are pushing for vaccine passports in NI. Honestly I feel totally backed into a corner. I’m a stay at home mummy who’s family live in Scotland. Nope! Gibraltar has “cancelled Christmas” still restrictions and face masks with a 118% vaccination rate!I was surprised our dictator didn’t announce this yesterday but I have a feeling she’s waiting until boris announcing his ‘plan b’.
