That’s why they are going door to door testing people in those areas.

The WHO recently advised about the PCR tests. Something to do with the cycles being too high. I don’t understand it all, but apparently if the cycles are too high you can find it in just about anything. This is what I think. They will vaccinate vulnerable people , declare a new strain and the vaccine not working, so all back into lockdown until the new vaccine is approved. Wouldn't be surprised if furlough changes to Universal basic income in April. So many are not entitled to furlough, and there are hardly any jobs to apply for so how are we supposed to feed our families?! And the only reason they’ll loosen the restrictions in summer is because 1) it can’t be justified for a respiratory virus and 2) it can’t be enforced and they know it. People can and will have garden parties and picnics if bars and restaurants are closed. Same as Christmas, I believe they knew families would get together either way so they officially ‘allowed’ it to appear in control
