She follows another influencer that lives in Dubai and has lost over 60kg through diet and exercise . She has had numerous surgeries to remove skin and nip/tuck. She advises to use the she wee post thigh lift because you won’t be able to sit/stand easily and also you need to wear the compression garments and it’s difficult to remove them as the swelling is meant to be awful for the first 2 weeks.
I have seen her being tagged in posts so she’ll be taking her advice as gospel because charlotte has healed so well after her operations.
I reckon it’ll be a thigh lift with fat placed into her bum cheeks

if you’re talking about the same influencer I think you are (she has a thread on here but it’s a quiet one) she’s a dose too who starves herself all day then eats and promotes it as healthy living and also says she loves her body etc but is continually looking at what to get done next!!
