She posted it on Thursday. Went to Asda got a lot of premade food as usual. Then got an amazon order of slim fast crisps and more slim fast shake tins. Also complained of bad headaches.... wonder why!!No mention of the slim fast diet . Did she even show her food shop this ?

It’s crazy to me listening to her talk about the weight she’s lost using slim fast - does she not understand it’s a meal replacement so any weight you lose you’re going to gain back as soon as you go back to your regular eating habits!? It’s soooo pointless.
