I have a wee bag like that I use for walking the dogs for keeping the poo bags and tennis baws in! Where’s the wee Valentino phone holder gone? 
Just a thought. Maybe he dresses so badly (those purple leggings) and pretends not to notice cues (Hannah wearing such a dress and Deek not in his PS PJs) so that he can use these photos for his DWP reviews. Deek can accompany him and pull them out and say "here's some evidence of how had his eyes are getting. Here's him pretending to need me to come to London to pick him up. Here's how he chooses to dress most days as I don't think he can see what he's actually buying and choosing to wear. He's clearly missing social cues as to what is appropriate to wear on that occasion. Here's the pics of the make up he buys and the wrong colour foundation.
