I feel like the world's biggest
cat but I don't even care...
I got my FIL a bottle of Châteauneuf Du Pap, M&S Chocolate biscuits and truffles and his favourite sweets and then put them all in a hamper to make it look nicer, what did he buy me and his son? A small Dove set each, his new girlfriend works in Morrisons so I bet they were discounted too

just to add, for my birthday this year he gave me his used firestick...and then took mine with him when he left

I suppose I should be grateful that after nearly 15 years of being with his son, he has finally acknowledged my son and bought him a present after years of him sitting there whilst we all received gifts and he got sweet FA.
Also, SIL

text to ask what the kids wanted for Christmas and was told nothing as she couldn't afford to buy for mine. I explained that I wasn't giving to receive and that I had bought for the kids on my side so I wouldn't dream of leaving her children out. I got what she asked for and was then told by her sister that she's text asking what her partner wants...
My 14 year old nephew has also pissed me off - he asked for a game for his PS4 which I got, I gave it him on the 27th and all he said is I've been looking forward to this the most. Which is nice but a thank you goes a long way
I'm not bothering next year
