Yep if that was muscle the top of her glute muscle would be popping out when standing like that, NOT the bottom. That BBL is sagging and there's no muscle or fat to hide it..

I don’t know much about BBLs apart from how dangerous they are, would she have to replace them in a few years? I’d imagine arse implants get more wear than breast implants. What a rod she’s made for herself with all these procedures.

Has she had fat transfer or implants to her butt?
By the looks of her bum I would say implants. Because with fat transfer the fat gets dissolved by your body alter some time and your bum „shrinks“ - it won’t sag.
i might be wrong but i heard uk doctors dont do bbls/implants as there is a high death rate?
She went to turkey and had implants and a fat transfer but she’s probably lost all the fat so that’s why the implants look soooooo bad. A bit more natural fat around them would look slightly better but I do think they have sagged a fair bit due to wear and tear
