You answered your own question really.. she’s not an immediate risk. Resources on all fronts are so thinly stretched, in an ideal world there would be help readily available.. but until she seriously harms herself or someone else there won’t be intervention from authorities.

Oh she is vile, she's just knocked on the neighbours door of her missing friend, asking so many personal questions, filming it all for TikTok live & doing some self promotion telling them how she's a famous artist, how many views she has, all about her trip to Cornwall, the usual spiel. She is such a narc

She really reminds me with her illness of Elaine Wuornos. If you watch her last interview before she died you might agree with me.
Elaine went down the wrong path and in no way am I saying Chelsea is the same in that respect. I'm not a Doctor so what ever she was suffering from is the same. You can find it on You Tube I'm sure.
Elaine was abused, and lived in the woods and fended for herself, Chelsea claims that she was abused, she claims she has no one. I'm sure abuse causes massive MH problems.
