Does she make any real money? (Am I being incredibly naive and she’s actually rolling in it?). I cannot believe that after faffing around looking at sandals (and BTW those ones on Net A Porter towards the end of the ‘beg’ were nothing short of hideous IMO) for half the day yesterday her mum was doing her washing and ironing! I would be mortified if this was me - I’m quite sure her mum has better things to do than a laundry service for a grown up daughter who just seems to prioritise her time selfishly.

Every time she posts some ridiculously expensive, glitzy, luxury item ad - I get visions of Veruca Salt from Charlie and the chocolate factory. I actually didn’t mind her a while back but she just reeks of spoiled, freeloading madam now.

I think she is better at what she does than most, she has her values and she sticks with them - small businesses, invesment purchasing, a particular aesthetic - I think she’s considered and careful about what she advertises and she does it properly. At root it‘s just pretty, and pretty insubstantial consumerism though. But I guess, why not.
It’s the lying around in bed I can’t get onboard with and the absolutely kip behind the scenes - did you see the state of her hotel room and all those, said expensive, investment purchases screwed up and tumbling out of her suitcase? Revolting way to treat things. My working class values are too strong not to look at that and think, well how hard have you worked for stuff you ball up and chuck about?
And not to knock it, been there and liked it, but how do you make so much of a couple of days in Bristol? Lordy me.

I don’t understand the constant buying if you don’t actually own any thing except clothes...surely if she can afford designer bags they can afford to save for a house or some sort of investment considering they have a child.

I know you you don’t know anything about people’s finances etc- but I always find it mad how much she spends on homewares, designer clothing, and doing up their rented home. She’s mentioned before that they’re not planning to buy anytime soon but then seemingly fritters so much money elsewhere! I do often wonder how much of this stuff influencers claim as “business expenses” or props for “content creation” from brands...

She has just shared her Depop page - she has made over £1000 in the last week selling clothes. Who knew there was such a market for Granny clothes? Cashing in on the Little Women fashion? I wonder how many were gifted?

The dog got rehomed with her in laws in France, something to do with not having time with the 2 kids etc. Totally selfish, I've got a crazy busy life but would never rehome my dog. I've gone off Charlotte so much, used to love her content but now she's just another beggy influencer, sharing links to get money for things she hasn't paid for in the first place

Well today she’s blethering about the NCP charging her because she forgot to get a ticket and then got fined £60. Cross between “lil ol ditzy me” and “mean ole NCP” I think she’s actually expecting her followers to either tweet protest at NCP for their re her charges or to shame the NCP into letting her off. For someone who earned 150K last year that’s rich. Pay up Cracklin.

In all honestly I only saw, a measured, “leave her alone and let her enjoy herself” response, with a nod to issues around cultural appropriation which is right I think - it’s good to flag why it can be problematic, whilst also saying fun is ok.

You seem really invested in her. Can I ask why?I don’t follow a huge amount of influencers, bloggers etc but has anyone noticed how she curates her stories to either reflect criticism here etc or to garner more followers.

one e.g. she was all over asking her followers for where to buy the best flowers and then her mum bought her some wild flowers... she’s not posted any chocolate or eating outside rubbish lately with her questionable taste in dining ware...
She’s now very into the home spun house wife angle (will last 5 minutes guaranteed) how to knit a lilac scarf/jumper etc... and I don’t believe the jumpers she was sent today nor the yarn she bought wasn’t “gifted”.
also what makes me lol is she and Jack have had about 3-4 covid 19 tests each and the results (all negative) so they can get back to work and palm June into a nursery - guessing Crackers will do that anyway to avoid being around her daughter. When I think of my brother and his wife who struggled and failed to get tested near their house and then given a not near their house option - I’m fine as don’t need a test yet but why are they having 3-4 tests?!
I think Cracklin’s style is questionable at best but that’s just my opinion. I don’t go the whole hog on that Holly Hobby style with hair slides etc, and fair isle too but it works for her!
some of her older outfits in her Betty days I actually liked a lot more. I think she has curated a specific style now but she’s got a story or post where she tried on about 10 dresses and to be fair some were ok but some weren’t doing her any favours at all, you’d think her mum would’ve said something as she owns a clothes shop!
that coat is vile though - warm but for the price I could’ve made it for her for half the price and better! I just don’t like the way it billows out but then again I do think it suits her character and that’s what matters.
If I recall for her size she’s quite tall - maybe 5ft8/9 or more compared to my petite 5ft4.5 so I do think she gets away with a few styles that a shorter more petite woman like me who also has boobs which get in the way!
I actually quite liked her retro Saturday T-shirt she wore yday but I can’t stand those ridiculous Liberty trousers!
