I genuinely enjoy Charlotte’s content for the most part but all the expensive things she’s done in London that were all gifted and then she commented on how expensive a doughnut was and how she wouldn’t pay that much! It’s so disappointing, get into the real world.

She's just a bit ridiculous isn't she. Doesn't own a single thing appropriate for a hike? Not a pair of leggings and a baggy top? Gymwear? Flitting about on hiking trails in the Lake District in a no doubt VERY expensive floral dress doesn't make her look fun and quirky, it makes her look stupid.

I bet that her 1:1 business deals will soon go down the pan when people realise what a complete and utter waste of money her course is likely to be. Gotta give it to her she has worked out there are courses she can run and gullible Followers wishing to emulate her success. I personally give influencers a limited shelf life as you’ve only got to see how many people are sick of others here.

I know Charlotte through moving in the same social circles and having lots of mutual friends. She has always been lovely towards me and I personally love her style. Haven’t seen her for a very long time though.
But I have to agree with what a previous poster said about them renting from family. They actually live on a really rough estate, the house is nice though but the location is terrible. It baffles me why she would choose to live there unless they are getting it really cheap

Absolutely. Sarah Akwisombe is like kryptonite to a brand or business, so toxic after all the fallout and media coverage, hence so many proactively distancing themselves from her. Charlotte needs to do the same or else risk being lumped in as a supporter, and that's not a good look

It's really strange that she's silent on it. There must be a huge crossover of audiences and all those who were either ripped off by Akwisombe or just saw the collapse of her scam will be aware that Charlotte hasn't distanced herself, when others have, very visibly.Do on the whole like Charlotte, but can’t believe someone who is “woke” enough to recently point out the flaws of Roald Dahlbut hasn’t distanced herself or put anything out there about the Sarah A debacle. I follow a few other indie sellers that have done some of Charlotte other courses- so maybe she thinks she’s above it all as her content seems to have been praised by her customers? Also I really hope she doesn’t try and encroach on the sewing / crafting Instagram community- all for everyone having a go at whatever takes their fancy- but hate when “influencers” suddenly jump in and brands flock to them!

I have found the lecturing thing interesting. I used to work in Higher Education and it took a long time to become a lecturer, you might start as a Teaching Assistant and do some lectures, hold seminars etc but that was distinct (then at least) from being a Lecturer which was the preserve of Drs (Phd) and Professors. I worked at Russel Group universities in the sciences so perhaps different.

She has posted before about being ill (PCO?) and I think a childhood illness. Mummy owns a designer dress shop and most likely panders to Charlotte’s whinges about not coping (despite June being in nursery/at school etc), her husband also works away from home a lot and always did but that’ll be another Reason why Cracklin gets so hot and sweaty and whinges “I can’t cope with this adulting shizzle!”

I have followed Charlotte for years now but only just realised that she’s rehomed her dog! She is at home every single day, what is her excuse?! She was so much more likeable when she did her podcast with Liv Purvis, nowadays she is just one huge walking AD. She doesn’t pay for anything from the looks of it, she’s really starting to look like a massive freeloader. She used to be somewhat relatable but now, all of her pics and videos are just from some kind of weird fairy dreamland. She needs to grow up! She must be losing followers every single day, surely?!
