I totally get this and wouldnt put anything past them - But you need to have a certain amount ' on the books ' to get a mortgage. How the fuck have they done that!

So as I work in this industry I’ve done a bit of digging about & looking at their Dawsylicious accounts there’s no way they could use them for the mortgage. Net profit is like £14k

Upon further delving, I can see Matts business (Fredafunk Ltd) was dissolved in March 2020- the time of the pandemic, Dawsylicious was set up in May 2020 but Matt dropped his middle name from the director name (probably thinking nobody could find it that way)

Matts father has a very successful plastering business (Triline plastering contractors) so my guess would be that Matt has either been appointed as an employed director for this business and been paid a salary from his father for 3 months to get the mortgage OR he’s declared as a shareholder then he can use the company accounts for the mortgage also

I sometimes feel sorry for her because her desperation for attention is so evident. Trace has really done a number on her, but then I remember all the people she is conning, taking their hard earned money to live it up. She couldn’t care less about her belleh blaster birds, darlings, it’s a scam. No diet plan, she never does a workout, she filters all the time and candid shots by others show the truth. Funny how we don’t see her in a bikini.

I dont think its good to come on comparing children and how many words our kids can say and what sentences they use etc. This has been said before it triggers parents who have children with genuine speech delay but who have their kids in good routines etc. Its not relevant and not necessary. I totally agree with how little charlotte does as a parent btw

This is why people were getting annoyed threads back when mums were comparing saying how much their kid who was same age or younger could say/do. All kids develop differently. My friend is a SLT and has said she has seen kids at 3 not talking and then they explode with language. Charlotte draws attention to herself because she does not do much by way of interacting with Noah. But this is absolutely not the case for all kids who talk later. I have a friend whose child didnt start talking until 30 months but when she did she was using full on sentences! X
