And spend your cash on surgery that makes you look like a horror, while your kids sleep on Lilos and you shove your money up your nose and in your lungs
I’m dying to reply to that thread. The girl wasn’t being rude she just meant surely if you could pay for it yourself you would rather than be sat in pain!! Thick people all having a go, why should she pay when you can get it free??? Cos there’s a 5 year waiting list, I do believe that was the original complaint in her post

She makes my blood boil! So I had to pay for my first heart surgery because the NHS waiting list was going to be a month (it was over Christmas) and like others have said it is your health you put that top of your list. No point being a crappy figure earned if you are dead is it! I have just had to have a stent fitted and this time as it was an urgent case I had this done within a week on NHS. If she was as sick as she lies about they wouldn't make you wait 5 years. She is just a lying little swank.
Oh and I'm nearly 31 so not your usual heart candidate and have never taken a single drug in my life unlike that bleep

So true, my boyfriend at the time had his done within a week, due to the pain. If it’s serious and genuine, leaving it 5 years would be life threatening

I know. Why is she persistently torturing that child on camera just to show the world she loves her? Of course she loves you, you imbecile! She's 6 and you're her mother! Whether you nurture her and provide her with a loving and safe environment to flourish is entirely a different matter. unfortunately, it would appear, through your extremely public conduct and refusal to allow your children to have any kind of privacy that any child deserves, you're failing on that point too.
