my friend is adamant that it came from a reliable source. its apparently not the first time either. she told him she rents it by the hour from the owner so he would also have to cover cost for that whilst meeting.

Am I the only person who can't believe her child is on a quad without a helmet? I've seen the life altering head injuries that adults have sustained from this, pretty sure it would kill a small child. Absolute disgrace of a mother.

I agree it is shocking! And telling her to go faster while she records on her phone! She’s a disgrace.
