Also, she's run out of ideas for her podcast, asking for suggestions for her and IQ28. Erm ditch him? that's a suggestion.

It seems he wants to see his car from inside the house? Please, if you do nothing else watch a couple of minutes of it! she needs to fire him and get divorced again and start over and put it down to the peri menpause that she lost her mind

OMG, thanks for the tip to watch it, comedy at its best . He is just yapping over her and mumbling for most of it, he is impossible to understand.

Everything is Hmazing, the hamazing view .... of a frigging TREE. They are trying to convince themselves the floor and the marble in the kitchen go well, NO THEY DON'T, they clash like nothing I have ever seen. He has never seen floors like that anywhere in Dubai, I give you Emaar 6, Dubai Marina, IQ38, go and have a look for yourself. Their neighbours are looking in on them from all directions, its absolutely dreadful interior decoration a mish mash of odds and ends, which doesn't surprise me from them, CS looks dreadful.

I do think a lot of what they did was either free or heavily discounted. I also think because none of it is very cohesive, that they had to take what they got and what was available. Everything in that house was advertised and they only advertise when there is something in it for them. There is no one can convince me the pink kitchen marble and the zigzag floors were a considered choice, rather than a 'this is all we have to give you' . The Degournay wallpaper is expensive however it is in very small areas and I wouldn't be surprised if they were leftovers from other big jobs, I don't think they paid going rates for anything.

They really don't appear to have money, if they did, there is no way they would be living in a cramped townhouse , overlooked by their neighbours and with only a single car. There were also suggestions that it could be a 'loan' house from Al Barari for promotional purposes.

I watched it. Agree it’s a mish mash of everything but I do like the light in their house and their pool.

The other clip I watched is of CS making bolognaise. He is like a toddler wanting to help cook and scared of knives and onions. He’s sooo annoying.

Their house looks so cramped to me. They could have got a much better place elsewhere with a lot more space, but i guess they wanted al barari and this is within their budget in that area. Personally i would have gone for a house with seperate office, gym area and closed cinema room. Everything is open there so must be so noisy and can imagine u can hear from all over the house. Imagine watching a film in the 'cinema room' (which is just a tv and sofa on the landing) and being able to hear from the kitchen and vice versa, or one of the helpers cleaning and hoovering up while they are trying to watch a film on the landing just watching their house tour was enough, and dont get me started on the dogs on the bed!!

OH where do I begin after reading the latest post from these two. Let's start with their physical appearances. Long gone is the athletic build from 4 years ago when he boastfully appeared on her instagram pages. He has turned into a out of shape, orange colored, disheveled, whiner that makes a complete fool of himself with every word or post. I wont' even go into the lies that he has been caught up in. If you remember this is the same guy that she told everyone that would listen that he was an international soccer player, well educated with a MBA and his own big pot of money that he shares with her for anything she wants. The years of being at her beckon call have caught up with him. HIs immaturity and lack of self control continues to show in all he does and says. Unfortunately, he decided that exposure and money is worth more then his authentic self. It hasn't paid off and probably never will. . CS looks like a middle age women who has found some type of medication (cough, Ozempic) to make her look as skinny as a QTIP in hopes it makes her hold onto her youth. She has failed miserable and looks like a middle aged women with a possible self/medicating problem ( drinking to access and filming it) and really has lost any moral values that she had at one time. Anyone know what this latest get quick quick scheme is they are promoting?

One more thing- what's up with the constant tours of this "dream house" what am I missing? What I am seeing is a townhouse smack down in the community with a zillion more just like there's. Everything inside the home must be on loan. In fact the more I look at this place is looks like a showroom for someone to shop for items from lamps to sculptures and everything in between. To say this townhouse stands out amongst the billion dollar homes in dubai is laughable at best. What are they seeing that we aren't? Would love to do a side/by/side of NIna's new home and compare. The wall paper that they boast is very expensive - my inlaws have a room where they used it. I believe it is a left over that was donated because it can't be used for sale as it was already cut for another project. The fact that they have to keep brining attention to this place makes me believe it's nothing more then a showroom and everything in it has a price.

You are 100% correct. Also they are probably promoting the community they live in- Al Barari which most likely gave them the house at a discounted rate in exchange for promoting the area.

I dont think Al Barari needs promoting by them and it would be the last couple I would ask. He gets more gormless by the day. How can she be within 10 feet of him hamazing etc. he is UNEMPLOYABLE.
