Worst of all was one young woman yesterday, posting a selfie to show off her (admittedly perfect, blemish-free) skin and calling it her proudest achievement. God, female aspirations sure have taken a bleeping nosedive if flawless skin is considered one of life’s greatest achievements. It’s luck, love. Luck and good genes, mostly.
And you know what? It turned out she was even wearing foundation

I’m not a Glow Tonic fan either . What I can say with absolute certainty is that Nip and Fab’s Glycolic extreme will melt the skin off your face if left on for longer than 20 seconds.
I’m happy to have taken one for the team if it prevents any other face resembling a melted welly.
The pixi glow tonic is not strong enough for me. But what I have found amazing is the Paula’s Choice one, you can get it on Cult Beauty....

Really??! I used that and thought it was GREAT! My skin was glowing like nobody’s business the morning after, even after the first time I used it.
I am currently using Paula’s Choice 2% Salicylic liquid to help get rid of congestion, and once my skin is clear want to try something with a bit more welly.
I just use it at night and let it sink in for half an hour before adding the rest of my skin care. Couldn’t faff around with it in the morning though! Would rather have the extra time in bed
