It doesn't tie in with the protectiveness does it.

I use the ren glow tonic which is really good - I think Jane from Britbeautyblog recommended it
Jane is someone who seems pretty honest

I like Jane.

I don’t rate Pixi Glow Tonic much for me personally (glycolic does nothing for me), and I wanted to like the REN one (lactic acid works well for me) but something in it gives me spots. Gutted!

If you like glycolic toners then Liquid Gold is excellent as well.

Ugh, I think I’m going to have to leave the Hirons FB group. I joined for skincare and product chatter, but what you get is narcissistic selfie after narcissistic selfie 😴 Always seem to see the same old faces too!

Worst of all was one young woman yesterday, posting a selfie to show off her (admittedly perfect, blemish-free) skin and calling it her proudest achievement. God, female aspirations sure have taken a bleeping nosedive if flawless skin is considered one of life’s greatest achievements. It’s luck, love. Luck and good genes, mostly.

And you know what? It turned out she was even wearing foundation 🤣

I’d have had to have commented on that 😂

I’m not a Glow Tonic fan either . What I can say with absolute certainty is that Nip and Fab’s Glycolic extreme will melt the skin off your face if left on for longer than 20 seconds.

I’m happy to have taken one for the team if it prevents any other face resembling a melted welly.

The pixi glow tonic is not strong enough for me. But what I have found amazing is the Paula’s Choice one, you can get it on Cult Beauty.... :)

Really??! I used that and thought it was GREAT! My skin was glowing like nobody’s business the morning after, even after the first time I used it.

I am currently using Paula’s Choice 2% Salicylic liquid to help get rid of congestion, and once my skin is clear want to try something with a bit more welly.

Does it leave your face sticky? That drove me mad. I wanted to like it.
I just use it at night and let it sink in for half an hour before adding the rest of my skin care. Couldn’t faff around with it in the morning though! Would rather have the extra time in bed 😴

Are you referring to the N+F? I’m glad it wasn’t aggressive on your skin , I was putting soaking wet flannels on my face to cool it down , I’m not even mildly exaggerating how searing hot it was.

No, but my skin isn’t remotely sensitive so I can do pretty much anything to it.

She’s very scantily clad in most of her pics. Lots of v thongs and underboob
What’s her username?

Christ!

If, in ten years, my daughter ends up putting pornified images of herself on social media, I’d lock her up in a bloody tower 😱
