The freaks group has been full of people saying oh I would be complaining if it wasn’t connected to the CH discount code. What the actual duck? Why would a discount code from some random that has no loyalties to you stop you from complaining?!?
Pathetic. Are they that brainwashed that they can’t see crap customer service for what it is? Hirons should be ashamed when she reads the comments, but she won’t be, she’ll just be thinking about her commission from the sales rolling in.

Ok. Just popped back out of curiosity and there are a few more comments replying to Hirons on the derm post. Interesting. No doubt she won’t engage further, but these posters are all saying the same type of things we have. This shot just shows the first couple.

I'm glad to see Sunday Riley are able to send out #gifts to influencers. Who cares about paying customers orders?
Good to see they’ve got their priories right! Maybe Hirons would like to add this to the list of ‘woe is me’ reasons she gave to her followers?

Her response to the derm was just shocking n appalling. .. everyone reafs on hear...or gets someone to read n keep updated. .iv7e followed Caroline for many years. . Initially i blindly believed then i learnt to do my own research..off late her complete focus is on the kits n sales .. no reviews ..regular content ...example she's been flogging the most expensive moisturiser from Kaye sommerville for years... she may genuinely like it...i used to believe n almost picked it up in a sale.. n7pt paying full price for anything ever... but then didn't. ..going by experience i know its not going to work any miracle bit surprised the Derm asked gor av recco... maybe she did... id love to know the truth... but off late losing my faith in Caroline's word ..becoming more n more a saleswoman ... there's a comment bout dermalogica.. even i remember caroline saying ..meh .. ok she changed her mind genuinely or got paid to.. just very dissapointed
..

That pretty much sums up all I despise about "influencers" (dread word).
I mean wz the fake reviews n stuff...there was actual evidence. .alls forgiven ehh. As soon as business deal struck!

I've been waiting weeks to get into the freaks group. Is that normal? I mean, first they make you answer weird questions which is already eugh. What the hell are you supposed to even say? It's awkward. I mean, I'm an admin on another facebook group and it takes seconds to click accept. Is there something secret you have to put in the questions? XD Or have they stopped accepting?

Cringe with the questions. Is it like a job interview where they decide they don't like your answers and therefore refuse entry? What a load of nonsense.

I don't know. I mean, what is the proper answer to "If you got arrested, what would your family think it was for?" ...I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to the law so..."What is better than sliced bread" Most things?! And Where do you buy your beauty products? Well, recently I bought Kate Somerville cleanser from one of the freaks who was selling it without realizing.

The amount of freaks who are selling part of their kits! I only saw what was part of the kits last night and It started to make sense why I had seen loads of those products listed suddenly boom. They're tonnes of people selling the items!

yep, I waited a while to be let in. I answered the cringey questions trying to sound like one of CH’s minions. Guess it worked lol the group’s collective behaviour is sycophantic and over the top. I think the group gets a lot of follow requests so it takes the admins a while to work through the requests

Okay, I have to rant about her blog. It's a mess. I'm tech savvy and even I'm finding it impossible to navigate to find single reviews of an item. I mean, surely these reviews exist? I'm not searching any indie brand. I don't see why she would have ignored all the popular items from big brands. This experiment was done using her search box on the website.

I searched for Paula's choice: Only 2 single product reviews.

Okay. Maybe she don't like them that much. Thought she would've at least covered the classics but okay.

Search for Ren Skincare; no single product reviews.

Alright. Ren was good enough to be in her box but whatever.

Oskia: 3 single product reviews.

Pixi: 1 single product review!!!!

This one actually shocked me.

Kate Somerville: 6 single reviews

I would say that's okay but then I remember how much Kate has released over the years.

Medik8: 1 collaborative review of all their newly released vitamin a products.

Pestle & Mortar: 3 single product reviews. None of them were the one that was in the kit though.

Dermalogica: 1 single product review and 2 were single reviews paid ads.

She loves the brand, innit ;)

Zelens: 6 single product reviews.

Again, it might seem okay but remember this is over a five year stretch, zelens has released far more items than that.

Emma Hardie: 1 single product review and it's not even the cleanser!

Hylamide: 2 single product reviews

The inkey list(which was in her spring kit): zero reviews on any products.

Beauty Pie: 3 single product reviews. (In her spring kit)

Mother Dirt: zero single product reviews.

Do I need to go on?

So yeah, I wish she'd stop saying 'it's all on the blog'. It isn't. I think maybe because she's talked about an item in videos, she might think she's already reviewed it. Or her search function on her website is broken. I also wish she focused on skincare that is also at an accessible price. Stratia is one of my favourite brands, products are amazing and are not the same cost as your rent. I think the prices are fair and eveything is under $30. Yet, no reviews on the blog.

Also, I read her book. It was basically her cheat sheets copied and pasted for most of it. Some of it was new but most of it is available for free on her website.

No wonder newbies all ask the same questions. Accessing the infomation isn't easy when it's not organized and is scattered. She should have a lot more single reviews of stuff; those are the easiest to understand and you would get all your info from that review. Then people wouldn't ask "silly" questions all the time because they would know what she thought about the product. It's not fair to ask someone to read the blog, watch her youtube and insta lives to gather all the information you need and her opinion. It's too much and you really have to dig to find her opinion on certain products.

-Dont worry for my sanity, I am really bored and I can't get to sleep-
