CH herself doesn’t disclose things properly. So yet again I call her, in my opinion, a big old hypocrite.

When the ASA got tougher, several ‘influencers’ (hate that term) started using the #presstreatment #presssample etc bollocks. Chapman sisters, Nadine Baggott, AMR and a few others all do it. They use those instead of plain old AD, because they don’t like to look as if they advertise too much. Whereas in reality it’s still an advert, they’re receiving a free service instead of actual cash, and then telling their followers all about it. They may not ‘formally’ have been asked to do this or physically paid money to do this, but they have an ongoing relationship with said company. If they stopped getting their hair done for free they wouldn’t say how wonderful they are any more...

You're right, it's soooo cringey!! The Freaks all seem to want to outdo each other on who can be the most shocking/hilarious/get the most likes on a post, and therefore be picked as Freak of the Week. So all we get is posts about people being drunk (omg I've just order £500 of Sunday Riley, take my card away from me lol!!!) ,the bumhole bleach guy and people using hair removal cream on their vag. Then there are people who are asking genuine questions who get ignored.

What a state the group is now. It's a shame because I used to find it really helpful, and a safe space to talk with a nice group of fellow skincare enthusiasts, now it's a mad house.

Or that friend you hate going to restaurants with as they treat waiting staff like shit. I think kits 4 times a year is too much. No one - I repeat no one needs that much skincare. I caught a bit of the live yesterday and she was talking about some of her plans for the future and one possibility was a beauty box... being all coy as she knows the big brands have spies. She acts like she is the first to think of everything. She isn't but what she is is small enough to make big bucks out of the kits etc. What is so laughable is that whilst she is busy schilling this skincare which is all emperors new clothes she has botox, fillers, eyelashes, eye surgery and now new teeth, so clearly none of the bloody stuff works!!

So people in the freaks group are complaining because they ordered Sunday Riley products through their new UK website (which was launched to coincide with Caroline’s kits and brand offers) but haven’t received products / communication about when they can expect them. Caroline’s shutting it down, saying that comments about poor service aren’t fair. I think that’s so wrong of her - people have spent their money with Sunday Riley on this website because SHE has pushed them to. At the very least don’t they deserve some communication about when they can expect to receive goods they’ve paid for?

The group is far too big, people asking genuine questions are too often ignored and there are far too many filtered selfies #nomakeup with people just wanted to be told how amazing they look. I left when they were complaining about how much money various firms were donating to her charity for beauticians - she later admitted the amount raised equated to £10 per beautician - all her bullshit about knowing what all these companies donate etc, charts positioning people as to what they gave... fuck off with your free treatments and shelves full of products.

Out of interest, how many kits do we think they make/sell? With all that going to charity and her making a hefty product no doubt it must be more than I had inititally assumed...

I honestly have no idea. I think she got greedy this time though and made too many at too high a price.

CH is currently on live with Sunday Riley. I can’t believe people have just swept over the fact that they posted fake reviews for two years and Sunday herself doesn’t actually have the qualifications she claims to have. I won’t buy from them just on principle. Dodge as its finest!
