Always has been. Anytime someone famous passes, she posts about it, acting as if they were close friends and constantly makes it about her, usually with a photo of her and whoever it is that has died.
Seeing the way they were clearly not "best friends" from the texts, it explains everything about the bizarre post like a day after Caroline's death where Ghoulmore merrily posts about donning her dancing shoes for work!

I do feel sorry for Caroline, she was clearly an incredibly troubled person, and she was devastated enough to commit suicide about what was in the press at that point, and it's still going on five years later, especially thinking of how her mum doesn't seem to be dealing well with it and blaming her friends.

It's still going on publicly in the media because her mum has chosen to take this course. Also Covid pushed what happened to CF off the front pages at the time.

Has anyone seen Lou Teasdale on Need to talk podcast with Paul c Brunson?

she goes into detail about Caroline’s last day. She had attempted the night before and Lou left her alone that morning and her sister was meant to be coming later. Caroline did it in that time she was alone.

I had a long drive for work today so I listened. I didn’t like her before but I thought she came across really well, respectfully and didn’t shy away from the truth. Apart from flying the flag for MEghan Markle 🤣 I think CF’s mum is going to throw some serious shade her way when the docu comes out though.

She must feel a lot of guilt about leaving her alone. I'm not blaming her btw. I also had no idea Carolne tried to kill herself the night before.

I think it was quite well documented at the time. From what I remember the paramedics came out to see her but she gave them her twin sisters name and refused to go to hospital 🥹

Where was her mother through all of this? Sounds like the friends did their best.
She said in the podcast that she hasn’t spoken to her since CF died so definitely sounds like her mum blames Lou for her death. Looks like the mail online did have that right.

She came across well, very insightful about suicide and understanding.
She’s mental going out with Andy Carroll though. I didn’t listen to that bit as I’m so embarrassed for her.

I think it's a shame that this is being played out on social media regardless of the circumstances.

Suicide isn't for public consumption.

From what LT said CF was left alone in the days as she didn’t attempt in the day. TBF LT & friends have jobs, kids etc. It can’t be expected they were with her 24/7. LT said CF would decline care or support & we know the threshold for sectioning is too high. CF had the money to go to private in patient care but chose not to.
It’s easy to judge LT for being with AC but with regards to the CF situation I don’t think LT did anything wrong & in fact was a good support to CF.

Imagine how much guilt she holds for that, leaving her then she does it. People have free will and as heartbreaking as it is for anyone who loved CF, she took the first opportunity to do when she was left alone which means she had every intention and was just waiting for her time. If it had not been that day it’d have been another.

What if it had been whilst her twin was there - popped for a shower or needed to make an urgent dash to the chemist etc. would the mum be holding her responsible?

I think it’s incredibly sad that she’ll carry the burden her whole life and CF mum has never tried to lighten that load despite CF being a highly vulnerable person with documented mental health issues and having attempted before. LT was just the unlucky person to be there when CF went through with it.

Listened to that last night.
I really have no idea how CF mum can blame LT, when she went above and beyond. It sounds like she actively spent nights with CF that she could have been spending with her own daughter.
If CF mother was so concerned, why was she or the rest of the immediate family not providing 24 hour supervision/ doing all they could to get her to accept help or trying to get her under emergency hold.

I dont think LT could have done much more than she had been doing, and I think CF for whatever reason, or however temporary her crappy situation would be, was fully intent on completing what whe seemed to continuously be trying to do.

As for the Be Kind thing, I see that so misused, mainly by people peddling their awful "opinions" or views and then meeting any healthy debate with "be kind" and they usually are the ones who need to practice what they preach

Listened to it this morning. I don't know much about Lou T and I did think the fact that she reached out to Paul to do the podcast a bit odd, she comes across as a bit fame hungry. However when talking about Caroline she was very respectful and it's obvious that she was an incredible friend to her, leaving her young daughter to watch Caroline and be there for her. Caroline's mother is blaming her friends who seemed to do way more for Caroline than she did herself.

Is the documentary still happening? It's taking forever.

I feel very sorry for LT father as well. It seems like he was the one who ‘dealt with it’ in LT words as she was screaming and trying to comfort CF twin sister. He must’ve had to get her down, and perform CPR etc.
He’ll never get over that.
And then CF mum blames his daughter, I’d be utterly furious.

Gosh yes, the poor man.

I sadly think that Caroline wasn't emotionally mature enough to cope with the consequences of her actions. And her path was fairly inevitable. Her Mum needs to STFU and stop blaming everyone else - if I thought for one second that one of my children was that close to the edge, I'd be glued to their sides screaming for professional help and not stopping until I had it.
