These two (presenter off loose women and her husband who have a YouTube channel) offer some insight into what happened:
Oh the things I could say in some of those haha, though on one of them rather Citalopram ((is what Mark's on Nadias husband) like with I think other forms of antidepressants) have an accumulated effect (like a lot if not all epileptic drugs) was hearing (have no idea of this is true or not) but if she went back on those (antidepressants that is) in the first four weeks can make someone taking them rather with a lot of them I think can make people suicidal with me rather (not at all sure if this is true in anyway whatsoever but least someone said (nothing to do with any of these two videos) that she was back on some kind of antidepressants could have caused that but as I said have absolutely no idea if thats true or not), can rememer at one point just starring at the wall for about 20minutes I think it was, then another when I was almost (though never did) well wanted to really snap at anyone who asked me anything

Was from another video on that channel is really good actually :)

Was in one of these

Not checked to the end of the thread yet, so someone else might have answered.

Those officer notes are not leaked to the press. They appear to have been brought as evidence by the prosecutor, so became a record of the court. i.e. they were read out in the court room. So in other words entered the public domain in the normal way, It was a prelude to what would have been entered as evidence in open court in the final trial.
I mentioned this earlier, but evidence is not presented in a plea and case management hearing. It is presented in the trial.

There is a wound in that picture

Yeah I remember her saying her anxiety flared when she wasn’t working
Well if there is a wound, why is he showing it in her defence. Its minuscule, hardly an injury from an alleged lamp injury that someone was supposed to be attempting to kill him

You’re welcome. 👍🏼 I agree, especially coming from a very macho, full-contact sport where “banter” is the order of the day. Aside from the conversation around Caroline, I know that there are moves being made to address player mental health and the need to talk, so I think that Danny speaking out in such an honest, heartfelt way will be enormously helpful.
I wasn’t listening properly as I was distracted but they were just reporting on it at Sky News. I thought they said Danny said she called him on the Friday evening before she died and she also left voice mail telling him they shared so much . 🤷‍♀️Did I hear correctly?

There’s a podcast with her on called in the pink where at around 50 minutes in she is saying the press is fine as long as they don’t really know what’s going on and how she’d feel like crying on red carpets but the press would never know as she just got on with her job

“I think if they found out what was really going on that would be distressing” she said
that sounds interesting, do you have A link?

I'm no legal expert I would think she might have got a fine and community service, like that man did. I'm sure her legal team would have advised of this which is why I think she was more afraid of the footage coming out of her acting violently.
I don't believe sentencing would hinge on trying to make an example of her for being famous, she was being charged for her actions only.

I've also seen a story that came out at the start of Feb about Lewis Burton messaging other women and it saying how Caroline was at 'Rock bottom' If it was true, that means maybe she felt the way she did because of that and not the press hounding her.
I'm suspicious where the 'sources' came from anyway because if she was always paranoid about him cheating it could have come from her again, to make him look bad in the press or even by her team to make her look like there were mitigating factors for the assault. He may have wanted to split and then changed his mind as she did too when she was alive.

"WhatsApp messages he sent to another woman show the part-time male model declaring himself romantically available.
In one message — widely shared among a group of friends and seen by The Sun on Sunday — he said: “Me and Caroline don’t go out anymore."

If those sources (!!) and the Sun (debateable!) are to be trusted, that’s truly awful. I thought she’d misinterpreted his texts with an older tennis client as being something more, but maybe there was a lot more to this than her MH and trolling in that case. I agree that whatever happened, having her life subjected to yet more scrutiny in court must have left her feeling like she had nowhere else to turn and only one option. So very sad.

How terribly sad. It was interesting that it says the police were “flagged down” and taken in to the flat and that she was already on her back, that would suggest those that found her took her down. I used to work in the police and was always under the impression if someone was found and there was no uncertainty about whether they’re alive or dead then they had to be left as it’s treated as a crime scene. This was certainly the case when my brother found someone in the woods (he was only 15 at the time)

This was a common assault case and was due to be heard in the magistrates court. The plea had nothing to do with it. All cases start of in the magistrates court. The minor ones stay there. Some are either way cases and can be heard in either court. Serious cases are sent from the magistrates court to the crown court.
Do you work for the CJ system?

A family friend has BPD. If she comes off her meds, she is completely manic and has been suicidal. Years ago, we got a phone call from her sister as our friend (with BPD) had attacked her out of nowhere. We had to go and pick her sister up as she was absolutely terrified. It was awful. Not sure if Caroline had BPD obv but just reading about the attack triggered this memory.

Getting her down??
From the method by which she killed herself.
