I will never forgive you for those three minutes of my life I will never get back! 😂

Reading it, it strikes me that Hazel is probably the pride of her council estate who needs to stick to writing about the soaps. She says it's ALL FACTS and you can Google it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just can't even with the comments. Trial by fucking Facebook. I see it every day when I'm actual murder trial stalking.

And yes, I'm originally from a massive council estate myself before anyone starts on me. I'm allowed to judge 😂
If Hazel is hailing herself as a ‘writer’ then she needs to be acquainted with sentence structure, full stops and the correct spelling of ‘sickeningly’ and not sickinginly

I agree, reads like a first person account of Caroline’s life - step off the bandwagon love.

Sorry if I’ve missed some of the thread but where has the stuff that she was using cocaine come from? Is it just an assumption or well know or something?

A family friend has BPD. If she comes off her meds, she is completely manic and has been suicidal. Years ago, we got a phone call from her sister as our friend (with BPD) had attacked her out of nowhere. We had to go and pick her sister up as she was absolutely terrified. It was awful. Not sure if Caroline had BPD obv but just reading about the attack triggered this memory.

Getting her down??
She hung herself

Nicola McClean, Stephanie Davis et al really don’t strike me as being the sort of women CF would have wished to have associated with her. Because let’s be honest - they’re vile pond life.
I was also surprised at Katie Price saying Caroline had messaged about meeting up soon. I didn’t know they were friends?!

Maybe they named him after Val Doonican?! Although on her recent stories she said she loves Valentine's Day so maybe that's why? Dawn has her own thread if you want to ask this question on there as it's not really relevant to Caroline's thread!
Didn’t realise/forgot she had her own thread. Seems a difficult name to give a boy.

i dont think the details of sophie gradon were made public

how horrific for carolines poor dad and sister having to get her down. i always thought it was difficult to hang yourself.....how did she get it right in such a short space of time. she may have googled to find outs feel so so sorry for everyone who knew her.
It can be difficult and often fails unless from a height.

She was left alone for hours though so you don’t really know how easy it was or how long it took

Why though? Both are of the age of consent so you have a problem with that but not with the original point?
Because one is illegal and one isn’t. What’s hard to understand about that? I have a problem with people doing things that are illegal.

There’s an old article where Caroline said she was in tears and depressed (at what I thought was a pretty harmless joke) that Graham Norton had made about her time on X factor. Of course this turn of events was going to cause havoc if one comment could made her depressed:

Norton had said that there was more of a chance of executed Anne Boleyn returning for BBC's historical drama Wolf Hall than Flack presenting The X Factor again.

"I'm sure it was quite funny but not so much when you're the person living that life, sat in the BAFTAs and the cameras are on you," she said.
Graham Norton is a nasty basrard. He stuck the knife in when Sheridan Smith was struggling and stepped back from a West End role she had.

But yeah, be kind.

Not a word about her boyfriend in that post. She knew she'd screwed her career at itv, obviously in need of serious help. If she'd changed her plea to guilty, nothing would be been revealed in court, her management advised against to keep her career going.
I also note nothing about social media, so all the #bekind stuff looks like the usual self pitying rot from the usual suspects.
If she'd pleaded guilty, the facts of the case (from the CPS's point of view) would still have been outlined in court and the body cam footage and 999 call would still have been seen/heard I believe. It would need to be to give the magistrates the full picture so they could sentence appropriately.

CF's lawyer would then have had a chance to put forward mitigation for her.

But pleading guilty would have saved the onslaught of what was scheduled to be a two day very public trial.

I find all this #bekind stuff very belittling. There was a lot of pent up anger within Caroline. Obviously she hurt Lewis and previous boyfriends because she was angry, she hurt herself because she was angry. It could be that the red mist descended which caused her to kill herself. I've had these issues myself and the times I've tried to kill myself have usually been because I was so angry I just wanted to die. Being angry makes you lose total control. I've never hurt anyone else though just myself. I get the impression she may have been in a mid fit of rage and killed herself, thinking and thinking and getting angrier and angrier until.... People seem to think she just sat down and planned it, theres not always a clear thought process going on.
How do you know she hurt other partners?

I thought so too but no. Backs of doors and shower rails are commonly used.

In one episode of a USA real life crime show called Cold Justice that I watch, a man hung himself in a tiny closet in a hotel room. An expert said all he had to do was put the ligature over the clothes rail and basically lean back.
That’s so sad, I always wonder how people do it at home I know that sounds morbid

I was thinking last night how from outside it looks like dawn grew up and moved on a fair bit from CF - husband and kids in LA. They were obviously very, very close when younger and single in London, but friendships do change pace as circumstances change. Dawn wasn’t one of those mentioned by the family in their statement and I wonder if she (dawn) feels guilty for this? Not that she should do, she has obligations as a mother to her boys.
I wondered this too as everything she has shared has been from the old days. I do remember she borrowed Caroline’s cat last year but it sounded like Caroline wasn’t around at the time? I noticed Caroline promoted Dawn’s latest book last year but I’m sure I read something from Dawn a while ago about how they didn’t see as much of each other anymore, think it was a piece about friendships?
