Keep private lives private... what Andrew like you did when you accused her of abusing you on your PUBLIC INSTAGRAM. And when you posted the confidential NdA on your PUBLIC INSTAGRAM... seriously fuck off. You breached her privacy yourself
Funny how he’s suddenly forgotten that and jumped ship 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ No what this weasel is really up to is simply riding her death for his own gain (attention, sympathy, magazine deal? Etc.) That’s why he was all for outing Caroline and sharing his NDA in the first place. He’s irrelevant and he thought he could jump on her to be relevant again.

I've course I'm not tarnishing all volunteers with the same brush, but none of those three episodes were particularly helpful. Being told to man up, to let a violent man in and stop being rude and to stop being a dramatic burden?

I won't share Samaritims for these reasons. They may be told not to give advice but they still share damaging opinions.
Same. I used to work with someone who volunteered for the Samaritans after work, where she’d spent the day bullying me.

Posted this on the previous thread just before it was closed: I’m not quoting that telegraph article, but I’d like to know why isn’t there more accountability within the police service? Why has the DT has sight of this officer’s notes as if it’s totally normal? Is there a financial incentive to said officer; which, if so, breaks professional standards?

These details becoming public prior to the trial and verdict would surely have prejudiced the case against Caroline. It’s not enough for a judge to tell the jury to ignore everything they may have read is it, as their minds will clearly already have been made up. Surely it would be obvious to their superiors who the officer is that leaked these notes to the press? Was the Levenson enquiry all for naught? Trial by scummy media

Apologies for all the questions, to think our justice system is lauded as being the envy of the world. I don’t bloody think so 😡
I think suggesting police officers have had a financial incentive to release notes to the press is quite a slur.

the magistrates hearing was public and reporters will have published what they heard in the courtroom. There are regulations around this to ensure a fair trial. As far as I can see they have quoted the officers statements.

our justice system is not perfect, but it held publicly. You could have gone that day and sat in the public gallery if you wanted so you could see and hear for yourself what the charge was. Our justice system doesn’t happen behind closed doors thank god. Can you imagine what corruption would happen if it did?

I personally wouldn't purchase but this seems a lot more genuine than Stephanie Davies single she released today
I have mixed feelings about it although she was an abuser and is being portrayed as a saint among the celebs and My heart goes out to her loved ones the profit of the merch could help people with MH
It's not a nice read

The call clearly happened and we know now that he had legitimate reasons to think she might harm herself, but he was publicly thrown under the bus to protect her reputation. Called a liar and accused of wanting to cause drama/damage her reputation. Disgusting really.

If I'm right about her having something much bigger going on I think he was one of the few who actually knows the true story.

Surely anyone over the age of 15 can see how a petite woman can cause serious injury to a tall man? If the lamp thing happened I don't believe friends would be mocking over that.
my nephew is 6”3 his now ex is 5”2 ,two days ago on yet another one of her violent outbursts she blacked both his eyes he’s now pressing charges her coercive behaviour has made him feel guilty for going to the police as a family were desperately hoping he will see this through to the end so she can no longer get away with acts of violence to himself or anyone else in the foreseeable future.

I hope her little dog is ok. I saw that on the Country Dog Hotel Instagram page where Caroline used to board Ruby that a friend is looking after her and that Country Dog is going to help too.

I honestly think that NDA was about him selling stories about her which she was known to be quite worried about at the time, I think even when they broke up he still did do it. I think they were both highly toxic towards each other, him cheating on her multiple times and they had some serious rows. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can make someone sign an NDA for illegal activity, so for eg domestic violence, or at the very least it won't stand up in court.
Some of Caroline’s friends said that the NDA was in case AB would sell stories about her family and that she was trying to protect them. After she was arrested he fuelled the fire. He’s a waste of space.

Caroline's Law? Bloody hell. It's absolutely tragic how this has ended, and I feel gutted for her family and friends. It must be awful. But you can't whitewash what happened. She really shouldn't be the face of #bekind and any potential new law. Her name wasn't cleared, she died.
I really hope her family are spared any of the embarrassing footage becoming public, and that the inquest is not too intrusive. Trouble is, when you're blaming the CPS, you're raking it all back up.

I've just had a look at Andrew Brady's IG page. I'm not attacking his grief - obviously he must be distraught - but to put all that on his profile after he properly put the boot in when Caroline was arrested seems very poor form to me.
that’s unfair .... the lad is obviously going through hell
at the end of the day we don’t know the in and outs of the relationship
and Caroline wasn‘t a saint in all this.....
dare say if you were in a toxic relationship and someone had treated you badly
you’d feel inclined to put the boot in too.... when someone’s been abused by someone
verbally or physically it doesn’t mean the love vanishes you can hate them and the things they do but still love them at the same time....
He is as much of a victim of her as she was to herself

I am still trying to catch up so please shout if I’ve missed anything here or if someone has already raised this on previous pages.
Does anyone else think something odd/sinister may be at play here? I found Amanda Holden’s comments weird...‘I am certain there is more to her story... the truth will out’... ‘May those responsible for this lack of humanity be brave enough to admit their shame...’

Also found the references to her finally speaking out a little strange. I’m not saying she didn’t take her own life. It’s all really tragic. But I suppose what I’m getting at, is, did something happen to her in the industry that she was going to speak out about / reveal? Was she going to out someone for something they did to her?

And in her unreleased statement she said ‘The problem with brushing things under the carpet is .... they are still there and one day someone is going to lift that carpet up and all you are going to feel is shame and embarrassment.’ And that she’d been having an emotional breakdown for a long time...
Might be way off but can’t help but speculate whether this whole thing might be bigger than this one incident...

I’m amazed at some of the replies on here

you think sectioning needs looking at? You think you can section everyone who tries to kill themselves? I’m a nurse, we have people in Every night who have tried to harm or kill them selves.. some of these people try to attempt suicide on a regular bases. As long as someone has mental capacity, we stitch them back up and send them on their way again.

it’s impossible to section everyone who harms themselves or attempts suicide. There is NOT enough staff or bed spaces. Not only that but it’s illegal. You can’t just section someone. You can try and kill yourself whilst having full capacity. There is a reason why so many legislations are in place surrounding the MCA and sectioning. Where does it begin? Does my patient last night who self neglected need to be sectioned? Does the alcoholic who drinks 3 bottles of wine each night need to be sectioned because technically speaking he’s killing them self just in a very slow way.

you can’t just magic up thousands of extra staff, hospitals and bed spaces to look after all these newly sectioned patients. I mean this kindly but for those who have never worked in nursing etc you really do not understand the half of it.
The majority of patients who self harm/attempt suicide DO NOT need sectioning. You’ve got human rights to thank for that.
This and this again. The mental capacity act is very strict - for good reason. There are also so many different sections, police have a sectioning act, psychiatric nurses have a sectioning act, etc - it’s to enable a professional to keep a patient in a safe space until a team can arrive to make a decision. Which has to made up of drs, an AMPH and other health professionals. Sometimes being on a psychiatric ward can do more harm than good. I don’t know what people think happens in there but if you are under section you just sit on a ward all day every day, with other very unwell people. You don’t get hour long counselling sessions like you see in movies. I mean, you are lucky to get all of your section 17 leave. I was allowed 3 x 30min sessions out of the hospital with a staff member a day. I was lucky if I even got out once a day due to staffing. It’s not a nice place to be. So it’s totally unethical and illegal to just chuck any old Tom dick and sally in there when it’s not 10000% needed.

Reading Caroline say the blood was hers and it was a personal issue is so upsetting. I don’t believe she was a “domestic abuser”, I think it was a horrible situation that got out of control in the heat of the moment. Maybe her boyfriend called the police thinking it might be a wake up call for her to get help.

Whoever sold that picture deserves a miserable life.

I echo the argument that while what happened between Harry and Caroline might not have been illegal, it was hugely inappropriate. I’m not someone who tries to reverse genders in every situation to prove ‘misogyny isn’t real’ or some nonsense when context makes a very different situation... but this is a case where a reversal is relevant. Even tho I think the dynamic would have been different between a 31 year old man and 17 year old woman, and possibly was less of a imbalance of power in this case, they may well have had a genuine connection, she should have known not to pursue it.

Also the fact they had worked together! Sure that was (just) over, but they had effectively been colleagues! Even tho it feels weird to refer to an X factor presenter and contestant in those terms, that’s effectively what they were. I know people who meet on shows like this get together all the time, with the age difference and one as a contestant the other as a presenter I think it makes it inappropriate- again a male presenter and a 17 year old contestant would look like an outright predator.
It wasn’t professional, wasn’t appropriate and even if privately they were well suited, if you will covet a position as a public figure you can’t always do what you want.

There's a little bit of madness in us all, and we manage to control it well, which is why we struggle sometimes to understand people who do too much of a normal thing to the point where it interferes with normal functioning.

The fact of the matter is however, that it does, and irrational behaviour isn't always conscious and rational thought. Those behaviours are protective, though destructive to those around them, but they've been practiced and perfected since childhood.

Everyone makes their own choices, like when we go out and get pissed knowing that we're going to suffer like fuck the next day, but it's our choice. It's potentially irrational, but we choose to suffer.

Our choices however, are based on our experiences and developmental history, and those exeperiences shape the beliefs we have about ourselves, the world around us, and other people. Sometimes those beliefs are dysfunctional, but drive our behaviour nonetheless. Lots of that becomes automatic, habitual, and subconscious.

All I know is, when I was in a depressed state of mind, my mind was so extreme and final in its thinking. I genuinely thought for a FACT ‘my life is over, it’s ruined.’ That was without thousands of people revelling in my life being over. Sometimes before you make that decision to take your life, you are momentarily happy because the burden is lifted and you think, ‘I no longer have to feel this bad soon.’

Feeling really bad for Caroline with the amount of "friends" who won't stop using her name and sharing private messages from her to get their own fifteen minutes. Disgusting.
