Well at least the Angel of the highest degree definitely now knows that people haven't forgotten the £250k and are going to keep checking up on it, she can't quietly go and buy a motorhome etc.
I hate that bluey is blaming "bureaucratic red tape", firstly "red tape" is sometimes for good reason to make things happen properly and fairly; secondly there isn't really any in this case anyway, all delays are down to Carlz herself. It's a good thing there's red tape in this case, otherwise we'd have a patch of land managed by a clique of incompetents and probably just used for sunbathing, and another £250k Captain Tom style hot tub building.
