Yeah I defended her a few pages back but I don’t understand what she is going for here. She got a kick back over the panty liners thing because it is within consumer power. I can choose not to buy single use plastic. I have autonomy over that. Unfortunately I don’t have autonomy over any of the complex issues which affect maternal healthcare for black women. It’s really unhelpful and stupid to position the environmental movement against this issue. What is she even getting at?

yes white privilege is a thing and should be acknowledged -however, Candice really should have a disclaimer on her bio stating no one white is allowed to comment . She is nuts and so so angry at everyone white. The video was very powerful and definitely worth sharing -but how does she know this man's story ? How does she know that he hasn't had an upbringing worse than a MOC?? Yes , statistically he would have had it better but it's just vile how she answers anyone white on the threads unless it's a full on arse licking apology for being white.

I think she’s at a point now where I wouldn’t be surprised if she walked into a room full of people and just shouted ‘anyone white, GET OUT!’
Given that its a video largely about white privilege, I'm not surprised she got defensive over a white guy saying 'I wouldn't step forward either' - that's true, but also being white is automatically a privilege, even if you're as poor or poorer than the black kid in your class.

I mean if it’s a panel where the guests can ask the ‘celebs’ questions freely - what if one of them asks a question that she takes offence too? And she goes off on them like we’ve seen in her comments?
