I had a little troll scroll (as I am a troll having a scroll) down Alison’s insta and it looks like she may be intending to write a book too. THAT’S why she’s so incensed about BM’s reviews. I notice she hasn’t declared her own 5* review of the pissy poems book was from a #gift and not a ‘verified purchase’. Also was she paid to host the book launch? Probably.

Re Alison Perry’s comments, what about free speech? If you didn’t like a book are you not supposed to leave a negative review in case you hurt the authors feelings?
In Babs case it is useful that the negative reviews mention the swearing in the book as some people would not want to buy the book due to this!
