i love how she purposefully hid the price! "just a woman. casually spending £50 - SO relatable! - on a topshop dress clearly aimed at young adults which absolutely will NOT fit me because i've ordered a size 18, and i will be FUMING when i can't return it and order a larger size and make use of my crafty #plussizefashion hashtag, because it's literally from topshop, so anything above a size 18 doesn't exist!" she'll simply say it didn't suit her, but her" body confident" self will be crushed that she can no longer squidge herself into topshop clothes. she's not a cool mum, she's just a regular mum!

and if, miraculously, she does manage to squeeze herself into it, we'll have to suffer an #ootd where she does her fake-waist pose, and pairs it with a pair of converse and a child's headband. 🤢

WTF is that horrible horrible photo 😩😩
And also - isn’t it really poor taste to spend bragging about spending money on countless (size 18, obvs) outfits she doesn’t need, spend tonnes of money in Poundland & tit shops like that, when 1000s of her followers have lost jobs etc? I have always hated people who brag about ‘stuff’ but over the past year it has become more & more bad taste. Horrible horrible woman!

a whole three years ago, and even at the height of her influenza career, babs' posts weren't making sense. in this post, she literally blames her tummy - "i'm fat but i'm happy" 🤢 - on "cake, and the odd gin mixed with chocolate". i mean, unless she's in the habit of mixing chocolate into her gin - which wouldn't completely surprise me! proof read emma, ffs. it's your JOB.

also, the reminder we all need that babs has been a size 12. she's also been a size 22. but just in case anyone had forgotten, she's clarified with the obligatory daily reminder that she is currently a size 18. a size 18 in literally everything she buys, even though asos literally sells many different brands, so naturally the sizes will vary. especially in topshop, which is well known for its smaller sizing. but nope, size 18. definitely a size 18.

To me, her harping on about being a size 18 is actually quite annoying as I don’t view 18 as ‘plus size’ as such since most high-street brands go up to an 18 as standard. It’s not like she’s facing a more limited choice, a limited range or having to go to specialist retailers, which is usually the case for anyone who needs a size bigger than 18. It feels like a bit of a humble-brag, saying ‘I’m big but I’m not that big’ and pointing out that she might be ‘plus-sized’ she can still shop on the high-street. It feels a bit petty to say but it’s irritating to have someone using the ‘plus size’ label but not actually be promoting fashion that actually works or is sold in a size that will fit many plus size women.

No offence if anyone has this dress but it’s hideous. She won’t fit into it either topshop is tiny.

If it is I think we should be petitioning for mentions and royalties since a LARGE proportion of her content comes from here 🤣 From the meltdowns we cause her to have leading to her famous pity posts to the Tingos we get, she couldn’t do it without us!

My friend is a size 18 and she said she’d rather buy a size 18 from the standard range in shops as they’re more the true size, where as she finds that a ‘plus size’ 18 is normally much bigger and more like a size 20 on her.
