Watching the parking wars scenes made me laugh, imagine that happening today??
We have to park 3 funking streets away most nights because every household owns 3 cars these days and double parking is normal in some areas!

I'm now catching up with this week's episodes, but am so glad Alan has left, he was very odd!!!
Enjoyed Sheila ( nearly wrote Barbara then!) and Bobby in Spain!
The drinking and driving , they all did it! And maybe it was different back then but was shocked this time seeing Sheila drinking!!!!
I have no memory of Rose at all, no wonder really, waste of time character!!

Lol me 🙋, there's just been so much going on!
Glad the Chois have left!
Blimey, Tracy has been through a lot!
Was good to see the original Lucy, sad about the actress who played Annabelle.
Sinbad and Jimmy are already getting on my nerves, didn't like them the first time either!
They are the worse in any soap I've ever watched for keeping dogs, awful treatment.
Sadly the original Lucy died very young 🙁

Xmas again!
So Heather has left, never really liked her, the story with Nick felt so rushed and such an odd pairing!
Harry Cross, nasty old grumpy man, how the hell Ralph puts up with him?
Doreen, classic case of champagne taste, lemonade pockets!
Enjoyed last week when Annabelle's fridge broke, so she took the food to the neighbours to look after, and most of them ate it!

Why was Chrissie hanging dry pillowcases out??
I can always believe Sheila, she is such a good actress, so different from Annabelle who seems to just simper all the time
Oh Mother! Oh Paul!

Also, Gordon really irritated me when I first watched but now he makes me laugh
Garden chairs in the.....Garden!!
And they are being so mean to Chris

My favourite character was Marie, I loved her but of course she's long gone now, though there are some cracking story lines coming up, I just loved her attitude

If Madge/Anne Charleston was talking about some young girl wanting to leave Neighbours to start a pop career (Kylie), then that would have been around 1987/88 just before her pop career started, not at the end of Brookie’s run
Oh yes, excuse me, my brain cells don't wake up properly on a Sunday 🤯

I’m still loving the Brookside reruns - but the free George campaign storyline does drag on a bit.
I’m not sure if the three nurses bring much to the close. I didn’t like their big storyline at the time (I wanted something more realistic).

I’m hoping to see more of Tommy Mcardle and Victor!
I can still vividly remember how Annabelle realises there's something wrong at their house
during the siege.
It stuck in my mind from when I was a kid!
She asks Kate if everything is okay and obviously she can't talk so she calls her "Bella" which she never does - to indicate that she can't talk freely.
Couldn't remember a thing for my German exam in school but I remember this piece of unhelpful trivia.

There’s never any change to Alan’s voice, like he’s reading a long text message with no punctuation! I’m not sure what the point in the character is.

I must’ve missed an episode but what happened to the girl Barry picked up hitch hiking who pretended she couldn’t speak English? One minute she was living with Alan and Paul was chasing her around the garden and the next she’d gone. (I probably answered my own question there, being chased by Paul would make anyone pack up and leave pretty sharpish)
I don’t think you missed anything, she just disappeared never to be mentioned again

Good episodes this week, alot went on!!
Blimey, I'd forgotten how mad Terry was when he found out about Daniel, some of the things he said😯
So is that the end of the Collin's and Harry?
Chrissie really gets on my nerves!

Havent seen this weeks yet.
Look out for the lovely aubergine colour corner bath!!

Going back to last week's, I found that Alan really creepy, taking a pic of Lucy in her tennis gear then that girl who Barry brought home, and Paul Collins with her.

My guess for the crossover with them mentioning it being a tribute to Dean, And the returns so far are Jimmy's Brother, Sis in Law & Son in law(hoping Corrie let Claire Sweeney appear) That it'll be Jimmy's funeral :(

and for Grange Hill watchers Mr Robson, who was the head of PE and then years later became the Head of the whole school, taking over from Mrs McCluskey, played Harry & Edna’s son Kevin, who was living with ‘Wendy Crozier’ and her daughter despite her (shocked face) being married to someone else
Ah that's another I've 'seen' before, loving rewatching this and trying to remember what they've been in!

I never realised the actor who played Billy Corkhill was in it before playing a teacher!!
For corrie watchers, Wendy Crozier is in it to!
Has anyone watched the recent ones? Who's the girl at school with Damon, I know her from somewhere but can't think where!

I have always remembered Kate calling Annabelle Bella to try and signal to her that something wasn't right and I was a kid the first time I saw this.
