This coat is giving me Michelin man realness!!! For someone who goes through & buys so many clothes I don’t understand why she doesn’t use vinted/eBay/depop etc. because to buy a coat in primark of all places for £40 is shocking! And a nearly £30 cardigan????

I'm not 100% convinced that dog walking coat is going to do up - I'm a similar shape (but a bit bigger) and things fit fine higher up, like where she's holding it closed, but any lower there's no hope of getting both sides together.

Puffer and quilted coats and jackets are really in this autumn/winter season so I can’t blame her for the style but the colour just really washes her out. White coats look better when you have a bit of a tan. But the main point is that she really doesn’t need another new coat for dog walking surely? How many bloody clothes has she brought for her so called dog walks which have never seen the light of day!

Also .. what is the difference between a coat you wear on a walk without a dog and one that you wear on a walk with a dog? Soon she’ll need a dog walking coat, a winter walking coat, a rainy day coat, a popping to the shops coat, a “fancy” coat for nicer outdoor events…..

Omg! I'm exactly the same. Honeymoon was ruined because of that. I've done CBT and it didn't really work for me but that doesn't mean it doesn't work.

I used to be a lot better but I was flying regularly and nothing bad happened, then I had a really bad flight just as covid happened and now I just can’t break the fact flight=bad. I really feel for you! My friend said there’s a different thing, I want to say dbt which is better? Maybe worth researching! It’s frustrating to hear her talk about how much she suffers with it, I’ve actually left my office job to wfh because my colleague I shared an office with is pregnant. We bought a home with multiple toilets so if someone’s ill I have my own. People don’t realise how much it affects your every day life. I think she’s just in the ‘I don’t like being/seeing sick’ camp, but it’s so much more than that
