I wasn’t that red after mowing my front and back gardens in 30 degree heat for an hour the other week and the back has a total slope. Hot and sweaty? Yes. A shade of burgundy that looks like youre about to keel over? No.

Reviewing a book using that kind of language is weird and gross. Just because you don’t like something doesn’t make it trash.
I am not going to lie, but I too get so red and sweaty like Brogan and I know it is 100% my fault for not having the healthiest of diets and rarely exercise BUT I do not post myself online and claim to have amazing skin thanks to a paid brand deal

At least someone writing a book is something that takes time, so I'd get them taking a few days after finishing, not after a brutally difficult 2 month shift of vacationing.
