They couldn’t have predicted the crowd? They have been on their stories for weeks, showing sneak peaks, trying to drum up hype and buzz and actively asking people to come down for the grand opening to meet the “staff”. Whatever about queuing etc they had plenty videos up on their stories last night of said “staff” inside the store with no masks on and not social distancing. As for the after parties in the bar and the farce that was the hotel room that pushed people over the edge. Bperfect picked these “influencers” to represent their brand. They cannot shy away from the fact that they are responsible for “staff” behaviour at a work event never mind in the middle of a global pandemic. It was beyond irresponsible. Up to now I was happy for Brendans success building his brand from £500. But he‘s really let himself down. The business will survive he has a cult following but he has done his brand a huge amount of damage for a bloody party

What a crock of tit masking the outrage with the queue size. It was little to do with queue size & everything to do with his own staff not keeping masks on, the open top bus & then holding an after party not to mention his brand ambassadors partying in hotel rooms Completely insincere & inadequate response just when I thought he couldn’t go down any further in my estimation
