God, poor sienna. She was thrown in her own room from weeks old! Definitely not treated the same. Also, maybe it’s me but I find closing the door completely on a baby/child not right. I don’t know, maybe I’m doing it wrong but seems a bit odd to me!

I used to feel like this but my son won’t settle unless his room is really dark so we have to close the door, plus the sound from our lounge travels up the stairs in our house easily so we would keep him awake if we left it open… BUT in a weird/OCD/ I hate shutting the door on him, l never turn my back to him - so as l close the door, l step backwards out of the room so he see’s my face as l shut the door and not my back… ridic isn’t it but makes me feel better. He is probs asleep before l leave the room but
