Yes I watch her book club, it's so comforting. I also listen to Richard and Judy's book club podcast, end up adding most to my wishlist

I've been reading a book called The Perfect Mother by Caroline Mitchell, oh my god I'm utterly sucked into it.
I'm about 40% through and absolutely dying to know what happens next.
Obviously not finished it but highly recommend.

Some great choices there. I wish stone of the books were more easily available or not only in hardback.

Currently reading Her Dying Wish by Carla Kovach, part of the Detective Gina Harte series. It's been a while since I read the last one but I'm trying to remember if it was as repetitive as this one.

I posted just last page or the page before, I gave up on it! I just felt like I was just skimming over the words and I couldn't really get into it at all. So many people have loved it though, I was sad I didn't!

Im a Shuggie stan so Im going to say yes.

However what do you usually do? Im not a DNF-er and I always just struggle on cause I always think Ive wasted x amount of hours so far so be aswell adding it to my reading tally for the year.

I'm also not a DNF-er and did struggle with Shuggie probably for the first half. I'm not sure saying it gets better is the right phrase, but it certainly got me more emotionally invested by the end?
