If you were looking for another book by a woman who received an adult ASD diagnosis I have only heard good things about Fern Brady's book "Strong Female Charachter". It's sitting in my Audible cue (because I find comedians are often really good reading their own books)s.
My partner (who’s AuDHD) says it’s one of the most relatable books they’ve ever read.
I read this a couple of years ago, fantastic book!
I read it a while back and loved it! I listened to the audiobook and it was just brilliant. A real stand up recommendation!
okay so i pushed on with the corespondent. weirdly i didn’t feel right abandoning it because i could tell it was a lovely book so decided to get over myself and ended up reading the entire rest of it this afternoon. and cried both for sybil and for myself because i’ve never read a book that outlines my number one life fear in such a beautiful and witty way. i’m both glad and devastated that i read it. every progressing letter cracked my heart even more.
it could be either one (for life devastation) star or five (for sheer writing quality) stars so i’m going with three stars even though it deserves more. it’s not the book, it’s me. i wanted to delete it from my kindle but can’t bring myself to

Has anyone read husband wife strangers by Robbie vale? It was a good concept but I found it to be very strangely written to the point I looked up the author to see if the book had been translated to English by someone else from his first language. Just wondered if anyone else found the same.
What is everyone's favourite detective series?
I love Robert Bryndza and Angela Marsons’ books.
Their books are more police procedural than detective stories but the main character for both authors is a police detective (if that helps?)
