I’ve been awful at reading this week as I’ve been playing Stardew Valley instead. I got Sunrise on The Reaping on Audible yesterday but I’ve decided to go back to the start and listen to them all

Just finished Listen for the Lie on audio and it was really good. The podcast chapters were all done (not None of this is true standard) but good all the same and I definitely didn’t work out who it was
I am still clearing my Kindle tbr and am embarrassed to say a few of my favourite books have been purchased from 2018/19. Yes 6/7 years ago. Buried under a pile of other books have been some real treasures.

Rebecca Yarros' contemporary romances make me cry so much. I don't think they're amazingly written, but she's good at tugging on my heart strings!
I'll Be Gone in the Dark is so good! You mentioning it has reminded me I have a family member who I think will like it. I must remember to recommend.
I'm just over a third through Sweet Tooth by Ian McEwan. I'm enjoying it so far - an interesting take on the spy genre.

I'll Be Gone in the Dark is incredible - think it would make for a brilliant TV drama.
I had a dream last night that I found my old Kindle in a nice sleeve . this will be the one that got stolen on my first visit to NYC from my Airbnb room by another guest. It looked different and the layout was different but still worked and I was downloading all the books I had got since and was trying to see what I was reading when it got stolen. Weird that i found it in the flat though LOL

My Kindle TBR has been hovering around 100-110 for ages. Every time I get close to it dropping into double figures I get scuppered by a daily or monthly deal or two!
I think a bit of a clear out of books that im probably never going to read might help because I don’t think I’ve got the will power to miss out on deals if they’re books catch my eye!
