no doubt he's getting carersYeah - I don’t know the girl or live near her, but I’m pretty sure she said at some point he was going to be off work to look after her. And he seems to be around a lot so it’s my understanding that he’s not working. Anyone on here that actually knows them can correct this if it’s false info though!
Barry is on the pandemic €350. Prior to that he was on the social welfare self employed payment. Working as handyman self employed . Check back thread I’ve said this before , he was working with my other half that’s how we found out about self employment payment (before covid) & when March happened (covid) Barry went on that. Assume he is still claiming it but working odd jobs

True enough regarding Dr. Bacon. Maybe that’s why she was so upset - might have been told her appointment was shifting a week as a precautionary measure given she was showing herself out socialising on social media last weekend and they want to make sure she’s not mixing with other cancer patients and the medical team until they’re sure she’s clear of Covid. You could see why she might have had a meltdown over that alright.
Attention seeking off the scale with half a story yesterday ... maybe I’ll tell Dr Bacon myself to protect his other transplant patients.
Let him know also that one of his patients is seriously undermining his (excellent) reputation and credibility by lying that he ‘looked at her bloods’ and gave the ok to go out mixing and drinking in a pub in the middle of a pandemic. Let alone risking infecting all the staff and oncology patients she comes into contact with.
I know if she was my patient I’d be taking further action for such public lies and professionally I’d be keeping her at a very wide distance.
For all we know they gave her a reality check in regards to her recent behaviour online and that’s the real reason she was so upset. But it wouldn’t be upset for being in the wrong, it’s being upset because she was caught telling lies about them giving her the go ahead.

That was Seamus O’Reilly in the Mercy she claimed said she was ok to go out as her bloods were ok. I highly doubt he thought it was going to be a night out with so many other households. He probably thought it was a dinner out with Barry.

Agree. Prof O’R is a true professional and I hate to see his credibility and professionalism discredited by Shannen Joyce’s lies for attention.
She took all of 5min to block me for liking a post that challenged her behaviour.
I know you read here Shannen. I was involved in your care at one stage so I hope you will think again before putting your team and other patients at risk. You can choose to put your own and your family’s health at risk, but consider other families who jeopardize their own health to take care of you.
