I always remember when Orlaith, Kinga and Eugene were smuggled into the house by Makosi they had to be smuggled to the showers very early in the morning and Orlaith just stood there showering naked between the other two, who wore swimwear to shower in. She also always had her bits out constantly. Very much a 'Look at me!' type masquerading as someone who is all quiet and sensitive.

I agree. The bed sit in bb5 was brilliant and resulted in the famous fight night. But yeah, every year they’d all be saying ‘there’s a secret house’. I hated it when Charley in bb8 was evicted then sent right back in! The whole point of bb was you have no knowledge or contact with the outside world. It was turned into a freak show and that’s probably half the reason davina didn’t go to channel 5.

I think the problem was bb4 because it was so boring I think the producers felt that they needed to spice it up
She did get a few lads mags shoots out of it though, and that's when the tide turned for BB. Instead of ordinary people wanting to experience something extraordinary, it became seen as a step on the ladder to a career as a z-list celebrity for every wannabe in the land.

Yes I think so. If I remember correctly Lesley was out quite quickly, or she might have walked rather than being evicted, whilst Carole stayed in for quite a while.
i think as well a huge issue with the later series was something would work, like a secret house, or a secret task for the first person in and instead of just thinking “great, let’s give it a couple of years and do it again”, they’d make it a staple of the show and wheel it out once or more during every series so it just became totally overplayed and predictable.
