It certainly does highlight how closed and small her circle and life experiences must be as, otherwise, that kind of shite (coupled with the PARALYSED stuff) just would not come out of her mouth/fingers. I don't quite understand how none of the comments crew, many of which are disabled, don't pull her on it.
One of my elbows is a slightly different shape because I got hit by a car once. My nose isn't aligned because I've broken it at least once. One of my knees sometimes swells up. I almost certainly don't have 100% range of motion in my left ankle. I have small but noticeable scars on both hands and my bottom lip, and a chickenpox scar on my forehead.
None of that is "a deformity", autism or not.
