It’s called In Home Support Services, IHSS. But the recipient needs to be qualified based on low income. Essentially, you need to be disabled and a Medi-Cal recipient, which is healthcare paid by California. So does moneybags Oma get IHSS? Is KT her worker? If so, what is the chance she actually works the claimed hours?Yes, in California people can be paid to be a caregiver. You don't need any certification though.
