Cannot confirm nor deny that she was in a particular type of swim sport that can be aggressive šŸ˜‡šŸ˜‰
Water polo?! I have seen that during the olympics and they definitely have some hearty ladies playing it!

Great points here, but my wife has another part to this story that she is convinced the reason Disney as of now is letting things slide. She thinks Disney is concerned about a lawsuit, from these vlogger's. Can you imagine for one second that BLAB would take being banned from the park and move on. No! My wife thinks that Disney needs to be flooded with proof, not hearsay. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. That means send Disney proof, send the news networks both large and small your proof. Send a flash drive with recorded conversation and claims. Send pictures that you can include with your complaint. That could be irrefutable evidence. You can call and email Disney but they deal with so many issues that I am not sure it is that effective. Having a pile of complaints means something. It might sound retro but it could be very effective. You can put attn: to whomever on the envelope or just put complaint
We are so glad we found Tattle. We thought we were the only ones who got turned off by BLAB. My wife like listening to them during the beginning of the pandemic but all their complaining turned us off!
Your wife is 100% right. It's all about the evidence presented formally and that can be used to backup a decision like banning them.

Right now we just sound like parents complaining to the school during a PTA meeting and the principal is just like yeah sure we will look into it.

But if we give them the solid proof of this is how it is affecting guests at your business that paid full price. It's essentially proving to them that a guest would have more stake in a liable lawsuit than the vloggers because they have been warned and their lack of action can lead to more money coming out of their pockets

1. It won't be someone from here. I can promise you that.
2. If anyone - it will be a stranger who don't like a camera on their family
3. The MOST LIKELY candidate - it will be a setup by someone they know - they will setup the entire encounter so they can film it. This is what is going to happen. The problem is - they don't know who they can trust anymore. Also - they are dumb enough to add the "outtakes" of the setup in another video - cause they are that stupid.
This!! As much as she wants it to be someone from here, no one from here (at least all the OGā€™s) will confront, nor want to confront them as that is what they want.

We do not need to even do that anyway as they are their own worst enemies and they will be their own undoing.

Spencer was not a jock in high school because sports had not been invented yet.

But he was known to be skilled at barn-raising, churning butter, skipping stones, and whacking large branches against trees.

I mailed them proof of a bad encounter. Iā€™ve yet to hear a word back. I also stated I would stop all donations from my Fathers foundation. Hopefully more in numbers will get some reaction.

Maybe send that proof (with permission of your attorney) to say a major news source along with the current petition, the news articles and the video proof?

I can see this point but blab doesnā€™t have the funds to hire an attorney to take Disney on! Years later and sheā€™s still not even divorced. Considering most of these vloggers do this full time for their ā€œjobā€ and the cost of living in California, add in inflation, there is NO way they could afford to file a lawsuit which costs thousands and thousands just to retain an attorney, let alone add in all those billable hours that add up rather quickly!!

I sent BLAB videos to all eyebrow pencil companies and each of them is preparing a "cease-and-desist" letter.

Any type of lawsuit against disney, some attorneys won't charge until they settle or win. They see it as a big payday since disney sometimes settles big

Donā€™t forget he mentioned that he went to high school with members of N.W.A. Super cool kid flex right there

Cast Members will stay till the end of their shift if needed, but manyā€¦. MANY appreciate an early release. So the faster guests leave the park the easier it is on every person working late.

Cast Memberā€™s shifts donā€™t end at 2 ā€œregardlessā€. And for them to think the world revolves around their timeline is gross.
Where does she get this fake information from?

My friends are CMs and this is total bullshit. Shifts donā€™t end at 2am, most CMs are gone 30-60 minutes after the parks close, they prevent other work from starting when they pull this tit. My friend told me that they are constantly lingering in Disneyland preventing 3rd shift and delivery trucks from doing their jobs.

heā€™s ALWAYS name dropping. ā€œHey guys I was in close proximity to (insert old celebrity)ā€¦Iā€™m so cool.ā€

He has no interesting qualities. Even his art is beyond mediocre and trite.

There will be some shady lawyer that will take their case pro bono

On what grounds could BLAB ever file a lawsuit against Disney simply for being prevented from filming at the park? KT & Spencer are guests at Disneyland - no more, no less. They paid for a pass like everyone else. Just like any business, Disney can pull the 'ol "We have the right to refuse service to anyone" whenever they want.

The only difference between BLAB and another guest, is that KT & Spencer are capitalizing off of intellectual property that belongs to Disney. That is absolutely a privilege and not a right. Disney never asked them to base their entire livelihood on this.

At any time, for any reason of their choosing, Disney could put the kibosh on BLAB's vlogging days at the park and KT & Spencer would have no legal ground to stand on.

------

Dear KTbear and Spencer,

We no longer feel that you are a positive reflection of the Walt Disney brand. We regret to inform you that your privilege to film at the Disneyland Resort is hereby revoked until further notice.

Have a nice day,
Mickey Mouse (huh, huh)

Not me. I can literally drive to Epcot in ten minutes, Magic Kingdom in fifteen, I don't work, and I have an AP. WDW reservations are always available. I could go almost every day... and I haven't been in like three weeks because no sane adult wants to go to Disney every day.

It's noisy, and visually cluttered, and full of constant multidirectional motion. Nobody can take that kind of sensory over-stimulation on a regular basis. I worked in a Universal park for a couple of months and thought I would lose my mind. It took weeks to get the music loop out of my head.

Definitely not envious of any of the vloggers, but especially not envious of BLAB. Toxic relationship, destroyed friendships, burned bridges, constant lying, and for what? So you can beg strangers to pay to watch you eat a cupcake?

As I'm typing this I had a bit of an epiphany: Disney vlogs are Disney park porn. People are watching to get to feel like they're having an experience they're desiring, and they're having emotional, visceral reactions to what they're seeing. They can even pay extra for special requests, or private access. It's Park Porn.

Not shaming sex workers by any means, btw. As long as everyone is of age and consenting, go for it. Ironically enough, that's our biggest objection to the Park Porn...
100% all of this. Many people with passes have commented here already - going to the parks even weekly, let alone daily - gets really old really fast. But those that have never had that opportunity but wish they did see the vloggers' videos and live vicariously through them. They imagine the vlogger lifestyle and wish they could live that way, and the videos of the parks hit them emotionally, becoming a type of addiction. The vloggers reinforce this, as they know showing their "glamorous life" and deceptive videos of how great Park life is gets their addicted viewers coming back for more. No talk of how boring it gets going everyday, or the headaches involved with driving there, the crowds, the long wait lines, or the obesity and diabetes that comes with eating garbage food so often. Park porn is a perfect description.

!00% how I felt over the weekend. I'd go cook dinner, come back and there would be 10 pages to catch up on in the short time!
