I think they are in a commenting group to get more engagement. Funny thing is, Instagram doesn’t work like that anymore 😂😂

I’ve been thinking for a few days what to say, but there’s nothing. Purely because I am so angry at him pulling the mental health card yet again.

Lard, I can understand your anger and upset about your scales. But always remember you have been honest to yourself and others throughout. You’ve done so so amazingly well and as I said, remained honest. It goes a long way.

why hasn't he been to group? theyre back open now, if he was serious about it he'd have been there today...nobody gives a flying duck about how many calories you've burned... they want to know how much blubber you have obviously regained.

If he goes to group he’ll have to admit to everyone how much weight he has gained as they will see it! He has to save face to cover his lies. He’s such a bell end.

Only time hes attended group was when he thought he was in with a chance at national man of the year. Literally stopped going when he knew it wasn't going to be him. He's digusting.

Yeah, that was a real low point, such a tit. Is SW still doing virtual classes? I wondered if he might be attending them and not having to admit to a live class that he’s gained so much. If he loses a considerable amount of weight he’ll trot back to class acting like the smug bleep we know him to be.

If he was doing the virtual meeting thing he'd have to weigh at home and then provide that weeks weight to his consultant. He can't be honest with himself or his wife, so he's not gonna give a toss about people on instagram...only the ones that kiss his arse.

he is so unlikeable, so unrelatable, so bleeping smug.

also, on a side note, his sidekick snaresylad was on the slimming world blog today talking about having a slimming world baby and weightloss during lockdown... he's piled it back on, he looks more pregnant than his mrs was....

as long as those freebies keep rolling in tho eh...

He didn’t get much for £24 really did he?! I can get a weeks worth of food for £24. Not just 1 meals worth.

Why is a man, who only has one income in the household (that’s not his) shop in one of the most expensive supermarkets? It’s all status isn’t it? He’s just non rot!

I began to wonder when he might show his face again. Reading between the lines and talking from personal experience, I believe his social media absence was maybe a make or break deal with his wife. It’s obvious that he is a social media addict. I have no doubt as a narcissist, he was checking in on Instagram daily, probably itching to make a post. Something or someone prevented him doing what he wanted to do and can only guess that it was his wife. Maybe his antics on these meetings came to light? My ex husband and I had regular disagreements when the signs of horrible behaviour began to show. Make or break showdowns were regular with us.

Having been married to a self confessed narcissist with very mild symptoms in comparison to Ben, I dread to think what daily torture his wife has to go through for his ego stroking antics. I personally think Ben is competing with some other slimming world accounts, one who makes food related posts and anotherwho seems to exercise and follow slimming world. As a narcissist Ben thrives on competition and he will want to use his achievements to belittle other people, it’s just how their minds work.

People seem to assume that narcissists are people with loud and extrovert personalities but typically the worst people who demonstrate narcissist traits are usually socially inept people, with very few genuine friends. These type are the ones who enjoy manipulation and control. I imagine Ben in this category as he doesn’t really have much of a personality from what I can see from his posts.

The way he organises a fridge really bugs my happiness, meat and veg on the same shelf, stupid bleeping jelly pots on random shelves, who needs that much ducking butter and I dread to think what’s behind those yogurt pots 🙈

He'd get far more sympathy if he was totally honest .... went back to class.... said how much he'd gained and then take the glory for all the pounds he's losing (again)..... instead people will be bored of his 'work outs' and how many calories he's burned blah blah !
