I think all I will say about that particular post is that.. No.. Not everyone is going through the same thing at the moment. Every situation is different, and that's regardless of whether you are on your own, in a couple, living in a family or have friends living with you since lockdown began. It's quite a flippant /blasey remark to make... And of course a lot of us can be guilty of that at times...flippant remarks etc... However we don't take to making videos and hash tagging mental health awareness out of it, especially at this particular time. I know when I suffer the last thing I want to do is speak to anyone, bother anyone... Let alone piss a around like that. Everyone is different, some of us hide when we are struggling, others don't. Personally I found that video quite pi55 taking, flippant, jumping on the band wagon by some people....perhaps others were asked to join in as their "buddies" said it was a great idea.. It wasn't.
