I don’t like beggy Ben n I never seen the others before until today I seen nothing bad in the video other than beggy Ben. I’ve been around mental health a lot from where I am from and nothing in that video is so bad it’s probably because you don’t like the people who’s in the vidsRight just catching up , I’ve just watched that so called mental health awareness video and am bleeping seething, in my eyes they are making a bleepin mockery of people with mental health issues, yep I get the reaching out to talk to someone With a call which I think is the crux of it but not one of my friends ring we up and screams waasssssssuuuuuppppppp down the line at me , why would they, ring up and say hi , just checking in to see how you are, hi buddy how are ya ......all the sort of things my friends say When they check in with me about my mental health, pricks
It actually really made me angry and upset.......hope It helped them gain a few more followers which is the sole reason for this video and nothing to do with mental health at all

Mate the video was nothing to do with mental health in the end. Unless yoi think saying wassup helps people going thro depression. It was just a bunch of attention seekers usin a serious thing to get attention.
Maybe just touched a nerve with me and my own mental health, it annoys me how loads of instagrammers think chucking in something about mental health and being kind makes them so relatable and sympathetic......yet it’s also funny how we’ve seen and heard a lot of em slagging folk off and being far from kind
