I’ve just realised. He said before slimming world he couldn’t cook. So his wife went to work all day then had to come home and make a family meal. While he’d been sat at home all day as he is unemployed. What a catch he is *rolls eyes*

Not the most hygienic place to be working up a sweat especially since its so narrow! Although perfectly positioned in front of the oven to look at himself

This bloke seriously creeps me out. Doesn’t he want to set a good example to his kids?? I read previously he’s got a claim against a previous employer??? Or have I got that wrong? It wouldn’t stop you working (particularly if you are out there running, etc) so why isn’t he contributing to their household income?
His wife is a complete mug to put up with his BS - I’d be leaving him with a list of jobs to be done daily and he wouldn’t have time to be wanking into a muller light or cutting shapes out of fruit. Prick.

Surely he’s fraudulently claiming job seekers? If that’s what it’s called or disability allowance? If he’s out all the while, running and cycling. He’s obviously physically fit to work.
His lunch... 2 mains in one. Cottage pie AND sausages
But it’s ok, he has salad. That evens it out.

Who the duck does a big shop like that more than once a week - he only went and did a massive shop like last Thursday then Aldi for the sausages and now another big shop - likes to spend Elizabeths money doesn't he !! Someone who knows him in real life said he had a claim against his old company but not sure what it was for. I know when I read one of the magazine articles his wife did there was a mention of him being bullied when he was bigger ? Can't fully remember......
If you pop ben green rhyl accident at work into google you can read his piece in The Mirror. He hurt his wrist, got signed off for 9mths during which he was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Went back to work then had a second accident needing an operation but dr said it had a high risk of stroke and he started losing weight.

why has the rapey wock eyed bleep been and got more ingredients to make more diet coke chicken? it was only last week he made enough to feed a football team in one of his "for the gram" batch cooks.
his freezer is either the tardis or they must throw so much food away...
also, is it not creepy to tag another woman in a photo like this? and why is only his hair wet? the rest of him is bone bleeping dry

Is there any need for him to include his ‘childhood’ issues like his parents divorce? I just don’t agree with during your dirty laundry in public.
He’s surely able to have the operation now he’s lost weight so why hasn’t he cracked on and got himself a new job. I don’t believe a wrist injury stops you being able to have ANY job.
As someone who really suffers with their mental health it’s frustrating when people use it as an excuse - I’ve had more time off work due to it but I still work.

Exactly this! My other half has severe depression and anxiety. But he still works. There was a point for 2 months he couldn’t work, but he was that low he didn’t even get out of bed. He had no interest in exercise and he definitely didn’t have an interest in social media, just sleep. As soon as he felt relatively ‘normal’ he was looking for a job right away.
I hate it when people use mental health as an excuse for laziness when I’ve seen people at their lowest. Plus there’s plenty of non physical occupations. If he can ride a bike, putting pressure on his wrists I’m pretty sure he can do some physical work.
Everything he does he says “enjoying”. Enjoying his food, enjoying his exercise ..
And all his food is “delicious”!!! Yawn
