Breathwork can be amazing, my friend went to this specialist and he stopped him snoring! The guy works with athletes and is doing very well be a breathwork specialist (well don’t know what his title is or whatever) he’s done years and years of training. Trained under doctors and all around the world. He’s expensive but worth it. Not like the tripe she’s pushing!
I’ve done breathwork in my yoga and Pilates classes I found it lovely but that’s just a nice part of the class. None of the teachers proclaim to be experts or bang on about it. It’s just like I said, a nice addition to the class. People like Becca would put you off wanting to learn about something like this. She just hops on trends as if she’s the first to discover these things, she’s such a gobsh*te

100% this. If you suffer with any long term/ chronic illness breathwork can be life changing quiet literally but charging anything while not being a doctor in anything is just another job they think they can scam.
Not everyone needs to go paying for breath sessions clearly or we wouldnt all be here but is hugely beneficial for the nervous system and for most people a quick YouTube would give a teeny benefit and the people needing huge benefits would be directed by their actual medical professionals on where they could find the correct care. I feel so sorry for the medics of todays world the fallout from all these clowns I dont know if the world can handle it to be honest. Health systems are In bits everywhere and in every sector and these insta huns between the health /fitness/ wellness scams to children been over exposed to the public from newborn. It's gona be whole other pandemic in itself.

No disrespect but I've had some incredible stress in my life to the point I've been physically ill but I have never appeared that unwell with very baggy eyes and black knees etc.
