I'm sooooo confused as to WHY he has done this twice now. can you imagine being catfished not once, but doing it again??? and not taking in ANYTHING AT ALL about why him seeing a 19 year old (even if it is 'just' for geocaching) is inappropriate and has an inappropriate power dynamic? it's so strange to me that it didn't click and he did the same thing again. you'd think something like that would freak someone out into meeting more appropriate 'friends' online rather than agreeing to meet up with an obviously fake profile. I could tell that profile was fake even just from his live! and I'm not a super sleuth.
