Might just be me but to say she works out quite a bit and has done for a couple years now I can’t really tell any difference from when she first started!

Mine took less than a year and I had holidays and then my dentist caught covid twice, so was sometimes waiting weeks before I could see him as there was a backlog etc. Her teeth must have needed a lot of moving.
