100% this! I think by the time we return to normal we'll all have had a birthday in lockdown without breaking the rules. My birthday is in January and I know I won't be having a normal birthday so I'll be with my partner I live with and will hopefully see my family (restrictions permitting because I need to get public transport to visit them). There's no way I'll be going out drinking with multiple different groups of friends like she is.

Also hope you're feeling okay after having Covid x

Thanks I was asymptomatic thank goodness. Half of our flat had it really badly and the other half didn’t show symptoms - well besides abit of shortness of breath.

My sister is in sixth form and luckily for them they have very small classes (less than 10 per class usually) so they distance as much as possible in classes

Sixthform they seem to be able to spread people out a lot better, although I think my siblings sixthform has been shut 3 times already where other years have only been sent home once

Maybe it's just because we have provision for already established relationships in Scotland that I'm saying that, I just don't think it's terrible to see your partner during lockdown. But like I said, they literally have the option to have Tom as part of their household as they have done so before and I don't understand why they don't do that.

I think we have this in England like if you’re in an established relationship, you can still see each other but I think that was before lockdown

Her and Tom have been together years - since their secondary school prom. How often under the age of 16 do you meet someone for the first time and then kiss them? Your social circle is pretty much your school friends!

Honestly, I’d just talk to him about it and find out why he did it. For me, it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker, but I know I’m in the minority there. It depends on his intentions, but if it’s purely sexual and just a different way of watching porn, I’d have no issues. If the cam girl was someone he knew/spoke to and had intentions of having any form of physical sexual relationship with, that would be different. I assume there was lots of other people watching this live stream, and it wasn’t a 1 to 1 thing? Remember it’s just work for her.

To keep it on topic about Molly, I really don’t understand how she’s still trying to keep up this pretence that she’s isn’t seeing Tom. I know she’d get some hate, but I’d have a lot more respect for her if she was just honest and said they were still seeing each other. It’s really hard to be in an adult relationship and not be allowed to physically be together!
