So the Mum is either lying (which is sick as fuck), or the victim has been paid off. Does make you wonder why HE deleted his Insta though. Literally all he had to do was say it wasn't him.

I'm leaning towards pay off, solely because how can the victim get hold of big-gun, top of the top lawyers? How on earth would they have that kind of money?

Or the mum and young person see the events in a completely different way And they are annoyed that she’s taken it this far.

The instagram could just be to stop comments and pictures being lifted.

Lawyers will take cases with a lot of publicity attached for reduced or no fee because the publicity is worth more it May be that they have negotiated a percentage of any income the young person gets from the case which could tip out at more than their fee anyway.

Both. Like I said in that post, loving an addict is horrible and I feel sorry for her. But she clearly expected the BBC could do something that they couldn't, then when they didn't, she assumed it was a neglect of duty on their part. Intelligence isn't a moral value, I'm just saying because people are asking why she behaved like this: I think she misunderstood a lot of things about how the world works. That doesn't mean she doesn't love her kid and was trying to do something to help him.

So the presenter claims it’s rubbish. But the sun states they have seen evidence and have done nothing wrong in publishing what they did, it’s now upto the bbc to decide.

I have a suspicion that if The Sun are going to stick by this then they will name him. It's the only obvious escalation, and they don't have a lot to lose at this point, given they're almost certainly getting sued anyway, given the recent revelations.

For me there’s two issues here.
Firstly there’s the legal grey murkey area of nudes when someone is between 16-18. The law is clear that the nudes are illegal,though in practice this isn’t enforced due to the slightly contradictory nature of this alongside the 16 years old age of consent.

Secondly there’s the moral and ethics standpoint. BBC anchors are funded by taxpayers and with that comes in my view higher behaviour standards to adhere to. Paying money to a drug addicted teenager/young adult for sex pics with public money is a bad look. This wouldn’t be as bad if the person was older and matured.

Ok. So this “mother” went to the sun with a story. She must have had to produce some evidence to back the story up or their legal team would never have let them go to print with it.

So the young person via a lawyer has said nothing illegal took place and the police say there is no official investigation. I feel sad for this young person and the suggested named men.

Why if you do a search for Graham Norton it says he has been suspended for sexual misconduct occurring in May.....

The only article I could find was this

Nothing more reliable than the word of a teen crack addict, who has been selling pics of their genitals, and is no doubt under huge pressure from HE's lawyers.

Although the only person who says the young person is a crack addict is the mother.

A responsible lawyer would (I hope) be certain of their client’s mental capacity?

Amazed at the amount of people making excuses for HE just because his public image up until know have been clean and family friendly. Reminds me of Jimmy Saville

How can we be making excuses for him when there is no evidence that he has even done anything yet?

Some people need to take a step back and look at what is actually in the public domain and confirmed as fact, because it isn't much.

If he's not actually a crack addict, maybe he's been saving up the money?

A retainer for a lawyer of that magnitude would be 10ks or 100ks of pounds and will run a credit check to see you can afford on goong costs, his legal fees must be being paid by someone else. What teenager do you know has that much money?!?! Law firms only do pro bond work generally for human rights or criminal cases.
